15I didn’t have a very good experience here yesterday. I know this location is by the highway, so I wasn’t very surprised they misunderstood my coffee order. However, what surprised me is how they reacted. The guy got really awkward with me about it, and almost seemed a little bit aggravated. My original order was a frappe, but they had given me a hot latte. I asked if they could remake it, which they did. However, what they made me was ice and syrup. There was no expresso in it and it was disgusting. I know it didn’t have expresso because I used to be a barista. The drink was nearly pure white and I could see all of the syrup at the bottom. The drink normally has a light brown hue after the shot it added. I understand mistakes are made but I don’t want to pay nearly $7 for syrup and ice.
Victor made my day today. It’s rare to encounter someone with a positive attitude these days. Great job on this hire, Starbucks!
I will echo the same as David in the reviews. Inefficient 15 minute wait for a cold brew black coffee. I won’t be coming here again.
I’ve worked at Starbucks, former partner. This store is just inefficient. I’ve been here maybe three times in the last year and it seems like they always struggle to get through orders. I don’t usually review but I ended up waiting ten minutes to get a plain black coffee; I’m not upset as much at the wait as I am at the complete inefficiencies. Just work with your staff on processes please.
Great service! I messed up and placed my pick up order for a nearby location, the ladies working at this location went above and beyond. They offered to make the drink I ordered at this location so I wouldn’t have to travel to the other one.
Dear friend, I am pleased with the good flavor that the chimichanga has and in the same way the other dishes taste good, that is why I recommend this place. I am totally satisfied.
For some strange reason this store seems to always be extremely slow. The always take forever to get you your order. Fine if your not in a hurry.
Been moving a lot and needed a pick-me-up. This starbies was busy busy and despite the drive thru (being out of order), Miss Kathy helped on my order. Keep up that beautiful smile Kathy! THANK YOU KATHY!:)
My least favorite Starbucks. Be prepared to wait a while. Service is extremely slow. Don't waste your time.
My husband and I popped in for a cup of tea. This is a charming Starbucks and it felt very spacious. The service was very good. We picked up some cake pops to take hone to our grandchild too!

Oder was wrong instead of fixing it right the way. They complained to each other about customers.
Customer service at 121 is substandard to start off the order was incorrect but ok with star ucks they'll always replace the order if it's wrong. After waiting for maybe 20 minutes and noticing others who came after us got their names and orders called, so my wife ask was the grande order ours she then stated it was suppose to be large. The starbucks worker then said she would take tge drink and make a new one then charge for tge larger size. Well I used rewards to how can you refund this. After we informed her she then started walking around talking in tge air while making the drink. This is just unacceptable all around but I will also be contacting corporate in this matter.
Went through the drive-thru, forgot to order at the speaker, but the staff at the window understood and got my order made quickly! Awesome!
The staffs are very busy. 5 staffs all focus on what they doing they don’t see customer at the counter. One lady looked at me twice and just ignore my present. Than I call out hello three time the lady look at me look irritated and say someone will be with you. No one came so I grab another staff and ask for my drink. As I understand everyone is busy I am pretty sure Starbucks had a standard for customer service.
Terrible location, rude staff. Asked for a hot drink, came with ice, and the girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to correct it. Was correct on my receipt, so I know she heard me! Came wrong the second time too but was in too much of a hurry to ask her to correct it again. Won’t be back to this location.
