Starbucks, Austin TX

Cashier was very unprofessional; this person took my order incorrectly and had an attitude when I brought the drink back. I will not return to this Starbucks again. There are too many smaller coffee shops in Austin who provide superior customer service to deal with substandard customer service.

Love this location. Fresh food and drinks. Lillian And crew are always welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better and more personable staff.

My least favorite Starbucks, due to rude staff. One in particular, Lillian, always has a bad attitude. Especially when I go with my kids, she seems so bothered. Rolls her eyes as if it’s a place where you’re not supposed to bring children. So unpleasant, I honestly try to avoid going there unless I have to. Also, the place is very dirty. Once my kid dropped a little toy and when I went to pick it up I saw dirt, crumbs, hair and dust under all the tables. Yuck!

This Starbucks Frappuccino's are pretty good but the morning workers sometimes either they be rushing or the employees be new but whatever it is they use way to much milk.they just need to lay off pouring so much milk.

Rude barista named Angie. I been to Starbucks across the country for 20 years. I ask for a sample of the coffee before purchase because it’s not always fresh, despite what a barista might say. Been to this location many times before and never had an issue sampling from other baristas (talkin like a few drops). However, Angie decided to not only deny me, but look at me like a crazy person.
Fire this Angie. Terrible customer service.

The person with the colored-rimmed glasses and choker was very kind and hospitable! The woman with short, blonde/purple hair is very rude. We watched her halfway berate multiple customers, including us- this lady was on a roll.

Horrible service to black people. Lillian made me feel unwelcomed as a black person but they were all nice to all the white people.

Very uncomfortable visiting this location— one of the middle level management had a barista in tears, in front of the entire store, and did not want to let her take a break. I asked the young woman at the register if she was okay, and while she tried her best, it was clear she was in emotional distress. Gross unprofessionalism no matter how you slice it. I hope management will talk to whoever is responsible.
