Chai latte was great as normal. The barista was very nice, and the service was quick and accurate.

Don't go here. They never have necessary ingredients so you have limited drink options. They also lots of times aren't even there, so standing there "waiting" is just a waste of time.

I love their Frappuccinos and hot chocolates, but it can't be that several times I go the place is a little dirty and they don't clean it, I never have coffee in the place but they do take into account cleaning more. I once had an employee who looked at me strangely all the time and at the end when she handed it to me and not a single “You're welcome” or anything like that, they must have a better attitude. Otherwise, the others who have treated me have been very good.

I’m Normally okay with coming to this location but today I felt so uncomfortable. There was two employees and I am guess one was in training and the one training her was yelling at her and just overall being very rude to her. She also was talking very rude about her higher up that just made things more uncomfortable. The day was 4.23.23 around 12pm

Don't go to this location if you like the nitro cold brew.
You will be told various reasons why it can't be made.
1) Nitro machine broken
2) Barista argued that I never said 'nitro'
3) Just fixed machine but it's not brewed
3) Nitro machine broken again, but then story changed to the 'manager doesn't show us how to hook it up'.

Seems like they just don't want to make it.
Won't be going back to this location.

Located inside the Kroger store I shop at. Very clean, fast n friendly service. Coffee and cappuccinos are good. You are in and out quickly.

I went inside for the first time in several weeks and the service and staff were outstanding Great Teamwork!

The baristas here are awesome but this location NEVER has sandwiches. They are always out of stock for weeks at a time.

I cant believe I am writing this, but this morning I throw my matcha tea latte, it tasted like a cardboard! Another day I couldnt drink Caramel Macchiato, bc it was all sugar. I always personalize my beverage, but I am afraid something goes wrong and they just dont do it well. Bc if I go physically to the store and ask them its fine, but when I order via app, I cant drink it. And I purchase almost ever day, well purchased obviously.

I arrived at 7: 40 pm and waited because the worker was not there (he had lunch). But it is written that they work always and without interruptions. I spent a lot of time waiting
