Starbucks, Lago Vista TX

I come here frequently for my white chocolate mocha lattes. Anthony & Jules are my favorite batistas- both boys are super friendly, sweet, they get my order right and always make me smile! I would absolutely give 5 stars for them. I had an issue with Corey the other day. He was extremely rude while taking my order & gave me a major attitude. I was shocked & disappointed by his nasty demeanor towards a customer!

Entered our local Starbucks in Lago Vista today and wanted to grab the red holiday coffee cup but was informed by the very kind cashier that I missed the promotion by one day but recommended a similar item they had for sale. It’s a nice plastic coffee decanter that is reusable to keep the regular cups out of the landfill. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she surprised me with the most delicious choice I have ever experienced at Starbucks. Praline and white mocha! Man, was it really great. The young lady that made the coffee was very nice, too. Overall, the store was nice, clean, well-stocked and pleasant in appearance. Will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the great work, ladies!

Takes way too long to get the food and coffee, not even worth the wait, I waited for over 25 minutes

I used to work at a Starbucks and if I did go back, I would go to this location. Always clean, drinks always good and staff is great!

Came inside to another customer being very rude to the staff. She was clearly having a bad day and taking out them. David was the name of the young man who helped her. He was professional, patient and a complete gentleman the entire time. David is truly a credit to my local Starbucks.

Customer service usually great, but it takes one bad rude window person to ruin that trend for the team LV SB. I request that the shift supervisor immediately advise the girl with the bob hairstyle and orange-maroon tshirt to speak with more respect to a customer. Every person who worked the window was always so pleasant. Her actions stood out as a failure compared to her awesome teammates' customer service skills.

Very clean and well organized. The customer service was excellent and the drinks were just as good.

Took 30 minutes for 3 drinks in the dining room.
“We are doing the best we can”
Meanwhile dozens of mobile orders were just sitting there. Just doesn’t make sense to make a mobile orders before making orders for people that have been waiting in the dining room.

Stopped in drive threw for drinks for the road it was super bowl Sunday.the staff was very understanding and helpful hear thank you

Over priced coffee to much sugar.less than satisfying Rewards Program. I wish I could convince my wife to buy coffee elsewhere.

Today I asked for heavy cream in my coffee and was given a solid white drink, what a waste of time and money. I didn't ask for a remake, I just went home and threw it away and learned an expensive lesson. Continue to brew at home.

Horrible customer experience. First, register employee was on the phone taking orders which I understand due to staff. Then she takes my order and as I’m paying, she answers the phone takes another order as I’m waiting for a receipt. Since she was on the phone I stepped away and sat down. I waited about 10 minutes for my order and I was clearly sitting down in front of her and didn’t acknowledge me or let me know my order was ready. As I saw her talking with other employees I got up and checked the counter and my order was there sitting. I clearly waisted time just sitting down. I have never experienced service like this here in this location!

A nice interior environment and comfortable seating. Staff were friendly. Seemed like standard food quality and service for a Starbucks. Store seemed clean and taken care of. Nice to have in town. Seems popular.
