Starbucks, Orange TX

I come here all of the time, but the past two times the service wasn’t great. The staff isn’t the friendliest, and always seem frustrated and rude when we order. I work in customer service, so I understand having bad days, but there’s no need to take it out on customers who are nothing but friendly and cooperative.

Friendly service but it took quite some time to receive my coffee. All I ordered was a grande pike. It was just like all the other Pikes I get at all the other Starbucks. It’s not great but it does perk me up.

During the busy holiday season, I was immensely impressed by the Starbucks staff here. Despite the rush, they were incredibly kind and efficient, preparing my coffee quickly. I'm grateful for their exceptional service during this hectic time!

The coffee was fine. But the women working there were soooo rude. One wanted to argue with me about what drink I wanted. I finally had to ask her to stop. Sheesh. Never again will I stop there.

The inside is so dirty. Looks like the store hasn't been cleaned in months. The first time I saw it like this. I thought maybe they had a busy night. I went back a few days and the same. Went back again today. Worse now I'm scared they may not be cleaning the coffee pots and other utilizes. Very concerned

Everything is okay except they sell expired food and do not answer the phone. They sold me an expired impossible breakfast sandwich. I tried to call but they took the phone off the hook so it won't ring.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place. They are always so kind whenever I go. They literally made my day today with a little note they put on my cup

They still make great drinks and the people who work the drive thru’s are always kind and I have zero complaints about them but the drive thru is no good. From 5 minutes of waiting before has now become 20-30 minutes of waiting. I wish i could keep coming but the wait time has become ridiculous.

I will never understand why this Starbucks is so slow! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple drink at around 6 pm.

My palate was delighted with a slice of their sumptuous lemon loaf—a zesty, sweet delight that paired impeccably with the rich, velvety notes of an Americano decaf. A combination, I must add, that mirrored the blend of the familiar and the new that this Starbucks embodies.

However, every symphony has a slightly discordant note. Here, it's the drive-thru intercom system. The staff, ever so diligent, seem to grapple with its capricious nature, often mishearing orders. But, considering the sheer delight of the overall experience, it's a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless performance.

In a landscape as vast and varied as Texas, this Starbucks stands as a beacon of familiar comforts, with just a hint of adventure. A solid five stars, for even amidst minor challenges, it encapsulates the spirit of a Texan welcome.

Just went in. Stood there and waited to place orders but no one acknowledged our presence.

Rving and we found a place to park in the lot. Got coffee and breakfast for under $20 and easy access out on the road.

DO NOT stop here! It's got to be the dirtiest Starbucks (restrooms, seating areas, carpets.). Wanted a tall pike; told it was over an hour old, so ordered a latte and cappuccino, got back on the road, they are the worst coffee's I have ever had at a Starbucks. We through them out as I'm sure they would have made us ill if they were consumed. SERIOUS training is required in this store.

Don't waste your time or money with mobile ordering at this location. 30-45 minutes AFTER the "pickup time" your drinks will still not be made. Wasted plenty of money here thinking it'd get better but it's just gotten worse and I usually have to leave without anything due to needing to head to work after waiting 30+ minutes.

Love their drinks! Especially the Dragon fruit with coconut milk! Short staff. Service slow.

I don’t eat at Starbucks but I will say the breakfast was hot today and drink was good as well. I got the caramel crunch frap and the bacon sausage wrap both was made to order. Update the grilled cheese on sourdough is good as well for brunch

I usually order on the app ahead and just pick up my order when I get there. Since I've been stopping by there, my order has always been accurate and tasty. The staff I've encountered has been friendly and the store itself is clean.

Brittany and the morning crew are awesome! They’re so funny and kind and they really make me feel like I belong.
