The young lady at the drive through window at 1pm on Sunday the 17th of December was extremely rude and did not provide any customer service. My pickup time for my drinks was 1: 06pm and I arrived several minutes after and was told to “not arrive so early next time, okay? ! ”. Rude and disappointing. Especially when you still have to wait in the long line to get your drinks. Step it up Starbucks and hire ppl who are actually worth something.

The sugar cookie with cold foam was really bad it tasted burnt and I didn’t like it the sprinkles were sweet please take this. Off your menu asap

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Starbucks drive-through Let me start by saying that the service provided by Emma, one of the employees, was absolutely appalling. From the moment I pulled up to the window, it was clear that she had absolutely no interest in providing a pleasant customer experience.

First of all, Emma didn't even bother to smile or greet me when I arrived at the window. It's basic customer service etiquette to acknowledge customers and create a welcoming atmosphere, but apparently, that was too much to ask from her.

To make matters worse, when I received my drink and realized that it wasn't made to my satisfaction, I politely asked Emma if she could add an extra shot of coffee to fix the issue. Instead of accommodating my request, she had the audacity to demand an additional dollar and a half for a drink that I had already paid for. Seriously, who charges extra to correct their own mistakes? It's ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Not only did Emma refuse to remake the drink without charging me extra, but she also had the audacity to give me attitude throughout the entire interaction. Her condescending tone and lack of empathy only further highlighted her unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Based on this encounter, I can confidently say that I will never recommend this particular Starbucks branch to anyone. The behavior and attitude displayed by Emma reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. It's evident that customer service is not a priority for this location, and their staff should undergo extensive training on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

If you value good service and a positive customer experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this branch at all costs. There are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that will treat you with the respect and appreciation you deserve.

The barista was very nice at the window and made sure our order was correct and got it out to us swiftly! Highly recommend!

Extremely fresh bathroom. Specialty drink recipes/tastes are consistant from visit to visit. I'm a "hot white chocolate mocha" and "caramel frappuccino" girl! Highly recommend! Also recommend the Ham and Swiss croissant.

See my othe post And from what it looks like the post of other people having the same issues. We don't play about our drinks when it comes to Starbucks. We gotta get more training here. And by that, it's not add more ice either to fix the issue.

Ordered two of the same drinks, gave me one and waited about 8 minutes until I got the other and had to tell them. These were ordered inside.

It's terrible how you charge me almost 5 dollars for a coffee and it's that empty, I go in to have it fixed and they tell me that's what the big one is like. Please, I will never return.

I have to say that they have changed a lot for the better! Excellent and very friendly. And everything is super good! Do not change!

This is not acceptable. I asked for a Vente with light ice and this what I get. The explanation I get was that if I had asked for ice it would be full. But I didn’t want a drink full of ice.they wouldn’t remake my drink when requested. I will never go here again.

But it's quicker than the rest of the Starbucks in this area

This store does not know how to treat customers. I have never been in a less friendly Starbucks and I have visited their stores on 3 continents. Please learn how to at least greet your customers and act like you care that we are paying 3 times more for a cup of coffee to have a good experience.

They never have available what they have in the menu. Like sandwiches, cookies ect. I have never understand why have on the menu sandwiches that you don’t have available on the store. We ask for three different types of sandwiches and cookies and they didn’t have anything that we wanted they lost easily $20 in our order.
