Starbucks, Corsicana TX

There's almost always a very long, slow-moving line at this store. The amount of people coming in does not match the number of workers. Most of the time my servers are friendly, but it seems like there's not enough people working.
My order (iced coffee) is almost always made with hot coffee poured over ice, which makes watered-down, lukewarm coffee. The last time I ordered it, I ended up just tossing the whole thing because it tasted absolutely awful. Prices are very high, not really matching the economics of the area, either. I probably won't be coming back for a while, even though I'm a local and I generally enjoy Starbucks.

Don’t come here later in the day. Everytime I’ve been here in the afternoon, they are out of something - oat milk, light roast, vanilla syrup. I always end up getting an alternative or not ordering at all.

This branch gets a lot of traffic so this issue is understandable but I hope they soon figure out how to manage their supplies so they can serve the stuff on their menu.

I'm use to walking into and leaving a Starbucks with a greeting and a good-bye. But nope not here. I go to alot of them in different states and this will be the first one I feel everyone working there has an attitude and not happy. Most Starbucks I've been to they are very joyful and full of energy.

I got the white chocolate creme frappucino. My first time here. It was really good, great service, friendly. I went to drive thru, and it was quick.

Such a poor experience. The young lady at the drive thru had no personality and was not friendly. The line took forever.

Drink was fine but man, the lady at the window was rude for no reason. No cars in line, nice little evening but she scolded me for really minor “issue”

The drinks weren’t brought out with the food items so you had to go from one end to the other end of the counter to get drinks then food.
There were some ignorant ppl in this particular store unfortunately but we ignored and moved on to get drinks and leave

The front area Lobby really needs to be cleaned. Tables were not clean area in general under tables lots of dirt, dust and trash particles everywhere. Really couldn’t enjoy the inside. More detail on cleaning front area would be good. We waited 5 minutes for 1 drink and a bread to be warmed.

Definitely need to do better! Asked for a white chocolate mocha. Get down the road and take a drink and it's hot chocolate really I just paid 6 dollars for hot chocolate!

A manager or whatever person thats over this starbucks really needs to look over this establishment! The #1 thing that gets on my nerves is when I come in and pay almost 10 bucks for a drink and the place is filthy and it's not just like that sometimes it's always like that the bathrooms are disgusting ALWAYS, the counters are dirty! I mean when you think of Starbucks it's almost like a bougie coffee place that your overpaying for a drink and the place should be like top notch clean. Come on someone must step up and do better this is ridiculous!

Always gets my order right always very polite and respectful and sweet customer service at the window not to mention yummy coffee

I ordered a sandwich and a cold brew with olive oil and they were all delicious. The service here is impeccable, with all the staff greeting you upon entry and making sure you know they’ll be right with you. Bathrooms are clean and parking lot is free and has plenty of spots.

It was a welcoming experience. The barista with red hair I believe her name was Natalia made me such an amazing latte! Great way to start my day!

Haven't been to Starbucks in years, the place seemed not clean and now they don't have self-serve condiments? Really.
