Starbucks, Kingsville TX

Aaron was the sweetest team member! He has wonderful customer service and a very welcoming personality! I didn't mention that it's my birthday but he saw through my app and gave me a free treat! Thank you so much Aaron, it's people like you who make people's days brighter!

It's one of my favorite Starbucks on my way to Dallas-Fort Worth or San Antonio. The staff is very friendly and sweet.

Romeo is really wonderful at his job and has such an amazing atmosphere! He is incredibly welcoming and always wearing a smile. Definitely need more baristas like him.

Wow, amazing customer service. The coffee preparation people even let you know how you order is going and the status of it as is being prepared.

I waited exactly 30 minutes for my coffee to be ready. Everytime I visit this location, the service is so slow!

The best location I’ve ever been to. The whole staff, especially Evan, are wonderful and so kind everytime.

A tall americano comes with 2 espresso shots not one. Paying almost $8 for two cups of tasteless hot water Isn’t right.

I’m always traveling from San Antonio to kingsville since I have family here and the new store manager Amelia was beyond amazing yesterday when she made my drinks and how she spoke to me. I didn’t know she was the store manager till this morning when I went back and spoke about her to a regular manager. I go to Starbucks all the time in San Antonio and never had customer service as amazing as hers!

Love the atmosphere! Whether I use the drive-thru or come in person staff is always pleasant, helpful, patient! Starbucks Staff always remember my puppy Pepper by name, and treat her to a pup cup when she's in the car with me.

Took forever to get my order and I left right after and it was sweet. With no extra shot I asked and paid for. Won't be back to that store again

Great Starbucks. The lady that was preparing my tea made too many mistakes. But the other 2 guys that worked their got my order and had a great personality with great customer care skills. My tea was done finally the way I ordered and I had never ordered any food here but decided to buy some white eggs with red bell peppers and it was super good.

Staff let me try the foam flavor first. Wanted to try it first so coffee wouldn’t get wasted

I really like this location. Roomy with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff hussles and gets orders in quick and is friendly.

People who helped had no manners waited and honked for two minutes in front of the window for a straw and correct order, people acted like I didn’t exist no thank you never again
