Starbucks, Willis TX

This is the first Starbucks I've been to where I was served in a glass! Thanks for being more sustainable and creating a unique experience for dining in.

Fast and easy like all Starbucks. Great little store conveniently located near my family in Houston.

A specific employee (will not mention name) was very rude/cold when I tried explaining that my order was probably back by the drive thru window because I ordered drive thru on the mobile app. I decided to come inside to not only make it easier for them because the drive thru was horrendously long, but it was backing up into the street and I was unable to join the drive thru line. She interrupted me twice while I was explaining kindly what was going on saying “what’s the name? ” with a cold expression and rolling her eyes. I understand y’all are busy this time of year, but so is everywhere else. I work in the medical field so I know what it’s like to be busy, but the customer service is definitely lacking. I never leave reviews but this was very unprofessional. If you hate your job that much just quit. There are better options for you out there.

Tried the caramel brûlée latte and it was a disappointing watery and sugary mess! No coffee flavor at all. The customer service was absolutely terrible!

This is the best Starbucks in the area. They are always clean and Friendly. I also appreciate how they interact with customers making the experience personal and not just routine. Keep up the great work!

Quick service with a smile and a fast moving drive through made this an enjoyable experience.

The baristas are always awesome here. Yesterday I went through the drive through to order coffee and the young gentleman was so pleasant. He’s positive attitude was infectious. He’s name was Joe, I left him a tip and told him to keep his attitude, it was the best visit I had.

This is my #1 favorite Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, the drinks are made to perfection, and its super quick even when the line is out to the street! Equivalent to chickfila swiftness. Thank you starbies willis

I love Starbucks, but the service was disappointing. I've just finished my 24-hour shift at work and am looking to get a drink and relax. The person at the counter looked at me in the eye, then looked down and continued doing what he was doing. Completely ignored me. I stood there several minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me. Mind you, this place was empty. There is absolutely no reason for this behavior.

This is my daily Starbucks location and they are amazing. They are so fast and efficient. They even know my order.

Every time I get coffee here they literally just fill my cup not even halfway full and then top the rest with foam. Make it make sense.

Awful drive thru experience. The guy could not operate the register and kept telling me I had to wait because he did not know what he was doing. I finally just had to leave without my order because I was late from lunch and he did not know how to get my card swiped. The previous visit, I was given a got drink and the cup and lid was faulty causing it to literally explode all over me and my new car. I nearly side swiped someone because of tge flood if hit coffee. When I got home, I called tge store to warn them about the cups and was told they had had several other complaints but were going to keep using the cups until they got new ones. Badically, he could not care less that it could cause a deadly wreck or a severe burn.

Nothing wrong with the employees. I love this place, but the last few times I got my coffee there’s been a weird taste in it. I can’t describe it. I really hope they look into it. I’m not sure if it’s the vanilla syrup or what, but it’s been kind of gross

Amazing so clean and relaxing. Amazing service and great drinks as always can't wait to come back
