Starbucks, Mt Pleasant TX

Hours are posted that they ooen at 06. I waited until 0615 but nobody showed up to open the store.

Ordered one vanilla bean frap and an iced caffe latte and a cake pop. Waited about 10 mins in the drive thru with one person in front with one drink, otherwise the drinks we good.

Blah coffee, only a watered down seasonal dark roast available. Remember when Starbucks tasted like actual coffee and not swill.
Plus they won't allow people to fix their own coffee and they are terrible at directions.

I requested a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I received the wrong size and when I asked them to give me the right size they just dumped the old one into a venti cup and sprayed more whipped foam on top.

I always go through the drive thru and frequent at least four to five times a week. Never been disappointed however, they do need to clean up the drive through. The scene is in need of a deep clean.

The last 4 times I have went to this location they have made me the wrong drink, despite me ordering on the app, and the correct drink name being printed on the sticker on the cup. This is getting ridiculous, then when I ask that they make the drink I ordered, the staff acts annoyed and inconvenienced.

9/9/2023- the woman over the speaker said hi how are today. I replied honestly I’m sad today. She said ok let’s make your drink extra special and I ordered a viral drink (which was amazing) 2 cake pops and 2 small whip creams for the girls. I got up the the window to hand my card and she said your orders already been paid for and I burst into tears again and said are you serious she said yes. I informed her I haven’t been to a Starbucks in over a year because my mom went to Starbucks everyday until she passed away. They all made my day.then handed me my stuff and there were notes on both items.thank you for your kindness. I’ve been struggling over the last year with my moms death and you guys reminded me to be strong.

Getting much better! Lines at a few locations can be super long or slow, but always good service.

I always love going into this location. Everyone greets you with a friendly hello. They remember your favorite drink and everything is always so delicious.

The girls that were working on Tuesday 6/13 and especially the girl on the window. Well she needs training, she rolled her eyes at me then they all discussed how helping a customer at the window was too much, especially in a bad storm. Build an awning! So the little ladies inside don't have to work too hard.

Best Starbucks I have been in! Great service with great staff! They get my drinks right all the time and really care if you enjoy your order!

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the US and this is the SLOWEST store I have ever been to. I use the app to order ahead, get there about 10 minutes later, and still wait 15 minutes for a latte! Insane! Staff is friendly though. But it ain’t that busy most of the times I go there.they probably need more staff or at least faster ones.

I ordered an iced tea on the app. They made it quickly, and made sure I didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly.

Didn't have my extra shots I paid for. And for 2 drinks took almost 10 mins to get. Over priced.

Love the employees! They are so nice and cute. I would recommend to everyone In mount pleasant or traveling here. My drink comes out fantastic every time. I love this place.

All of the young ladies that were working today were the absolute sweetest! They all put a smile on my face.i will be back!

Good Java, but at @a very very high price. Taste great but is not worth the price. If you can afford to pay great, but I'm not interested. DROP the price STARBUCKS and you could and will double your profits, customers, etc.
