Starbucks, Mineral Wells TX

Asked how much for some hot water for my tea? She would t charge me. Great customer service and while being here for nearly an hour she was very friendly with everyone and I should have paid attention to her name. Dec 27th 2023 at 10: 10 AM.

Came by to try the birthday drink, and unfortunately, they closed earlier than usual, I know about the store hours.

Considering losing my interest in their mistake.

First time and it was great I don't know the guy's name but he helped me and Brittany and it was good all three cups of coffee that we had I will be coming back.

Great service every time!
Of course, they have rush hours that may take longer to get orders, but I have noticed the batista are always nice and efficient

Don't go to this store. Of I could rate negative stars I would. I've been going here since it recently opened. Usually its a great experience. However, there is an employee named Megan who will yell at you and treats the customers with absolute disrespect. As a former Starbucks employee we NEVER treated people the way she did! I'm in complete disbelief in the way me and my daughters were treated this morning. Her manager should really think about if she's someone she wants representing this store and the company in general!

Everyone at this store is always super friendly and customer service is superb. I do have to mention the last three times I have been here though they fail to fill my drink up. There is way too much space left in the cup. I don’t have this issue at Hudson oaks or Weatherford stores.

Super cool and accepting staff. Went for a lil pride event and everyone was very nice. Would definitely stop by again!

This place is disgusting. The guy that’s making the drinks is a very disgusting person as I watch to making my drink he’s running his hands through his hair, popping his pimples all without gloves, or washing his hands and doing this in front of customers completely disgusting.

Always clean, always inviting. I come and remote work from this coffee shop from time to time and it is always pleasant. On my numerous visits, the employees always greet me enthusiastically whenever I come in and leave. Seeing that same energy extended to every patron that comes and goes a long way for me to continue to repeat my business going forward to this establishment.

I love SB. It doesn't fit my menu very often due to calorie count. It has been a great addition to MW. They started closing earlier than most SB.

Went through the drive thru, the cashier was very nice. Thw coffee and Danish were very good.

The servers are always super nice, but the coffees are always sub-par. If you get a coffee from the Starbucks in WF Target, then order the same thing from the one here, you can taste a huge difference in quality.

Always hits the spot this Starbucks is worth the wait staff is always kind and drinks made with love.

What a beautiful, nice Starbucks! One of the nicest we've been in in quite some time - large, quiet, great baristas - we were very pleased with our stop here. Really good cup of coffee & yummy coffee cake

Staff are always friendly, greeting customers, as they enter. Some make small talk to lighten the mood and minimize the wait time.
