Starbucks, Sugar Land TX

I pick up my coffee every day morning on my way to work. The baristas are so cheerful and wish a good morning They are so energetic and know what most of the customers orders who routinely pick in am. They are awesome

Horrible waiting time. Prioritize cars than online orders. Made me wait more than 30 mins. Incredible

Another location that used to have a nice community feel but after the remodel, it's lost most of its charm.seldom a place to sit & enjoy your purchases. Tables are occupied by folks working on projects.today 2 tables were used by 1 person with a loom, another table by an artist beginning a drawing, another table by the manager & 2 staff members. We sat outside & ate fast so our food didn't get cold. Now, had my chair hit by the door of the truck driver who just parked.limited sitting inside & outside, oh well.

My Uber Eats driver was given the wrong coffee to be delivered. I can’t get it exchanged because I can’t leave my job… very upset

11/24/23-tried giving this location another chance. Once again, received the wrong drink order.

It’s so good! The person who served me and my family (I forgot the name) got our orders spot on! I recommend you come here!

This is not my normal Starbucks, but I stopped here frequently over the course of a week while a family member was in hospital nearby. I didn't get her name, but one of the workers in the evening was so kind and even recognized me when I went inside for a pickup order instead of through the drive thru as usual. With the stress I was dealing with at the time, it meant so much to have that personal interaction. This is now my go to location when I'm in Sugar Land because of her!

As a resident of this community, it is most unfortunate that the people at the Starbucks at this location has changed. Some of the nicest people and bright energy was the reason why I would visit this establishment.

The most RBF face Rebecca takes her orders and doesn’t care at all, I always ask for easy ice and it’s always full of ice. At first I didn’t complain but this is now the 10th time and I have to unfortunately make a complaint.

The man remaking my drink is nice so this saves it from zero stars.

It's a Starbucks. I come here a few times a week in the AM. Order is always right and staff is pretty nice. Drive thru is quick. No complaints.

On Sept 5 got a brown sugar expresso had a cup full of ice.return on Sept 6 oder again told them when i received my oder on the 5 cup full of ice not a apology at all.sept 6 oder had no taste of brown sugar are expresso.very disappointed.

Out of every single Starbucks I have been to this is the one I’ve received the best experience.

I had an issue with my order but the barista was extremely understanding and accommodating despite having a busy morning, as usual in this location.

I was ready to just cancel and return later for my order, either way she made our morning better that day.

Every morning he introduces himself, doesn’t do forced small talks, gets directly to the point, and has learned my order.
Nice.

No matcha. No potato chips. No vanilla biscotti. Few tables and poorly spaced. The room is uncomfortable. The staff is very tired and careless. Bad service.

Really strong urine odor not typically smell when you walk in the store. I had mobile my order and just walking in to store made me want to leave my order there.
