Starbucks, San Antonio TX

Came in yesterday evening for my usual and Isabel was the one who helped me out and she was the friendliest barista ever! She remembers my order every time and always has the most genuine smile ever! I love this location so much and will definitely be coming here every day!

There are flies in the display case I told an employee and they said it was just for display and walked away. I then told a manager and they said nothing we can do about it. This place has the worst employees and management will never come back here

To say you love Starbucks is an understatement. The coffee is.well maybe its served in Heaven. I dont know about the employees. They are spoiled. The hire should match the product. Maybe Starbucks should consider raising their standard of representation. They should be alllll over the customers. A king coffee is served to king customers. Hmmm! But yes the coffee was exceptional.

They took forever with my mobile order. After receiving only a portion of my order, I had to wait even longer for the last drink.

Very quick and polite at Braun and 1604, shanefield location was terrible service and slow. I will be coming here to Braun location from now on. Thank you!

Rarely do I find the staff more concerned with delivering good customer service than chatting amongst themselves on their headsets. I really wish this weren't the closest Starbucks to my house that's open late.

Usual good service, but its the locals to this site that take forever to order. But this place does its best

My go to stop a few times a week! They had a small fire in house yesterday and my order was lost, however manager comp my gold card status offer, "when purchase a bite or drink this week earns me a free handcrafted drink within 24 hrs", needless to say what I missed, I was compensated for! Fyi love the tomato and mozzarella, basil pesto toasted focaccia. Delish! Thank you! 5 stars!

Excellent and attentive staff.ready to interact, or leave you to your work, as the occasion warrants, but always keeping an eye out for opportunities to be of help. Have seen them be of special service to clients of the VA office nearby, some of whom have travelled only to discover it has reduced hours due to a staffing shortage. Baristas make up the difference thank you for your service.

Great service, was not in the mood for a hot coffee, wanted something sweet with lemonade, cashier recommended mango dragon lemonade and i also ordered a lemon iced pound cake and the combination was AWESOME.

I received nothing but amazing service from everyone. The wait time is short the lines are always shorter and the drinks are well done. I have a Starbucks less than 1/2 a mile from me I will not go there Becuase they have terrible service Instead I have found a home with you all here at this Starbucks. Thank you so much!

The reviews about the baristas being rude aren’t over exaggerating. I came in on Sunday and Lucas and the two other baristas there seriously went out of their way to be curt. And then my latte wasn’t even made right. Guess I’ll judt have to star going to the Alamo ranch location

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR A SIMPLE DRINK? Sometimes the drink isn't even made right, but it isn't worth waiting around for another one.

Their coffee is good and pastries are delicious. The only thing I noticed is that some of their tables need balancing, need to be cleaned.

There was a very nice individual in there that pretty eyes who was very informative on the drinks and recommended a very lovely I believe it was a iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious thank you wonderful place

Very backed up. Been waiting way longer than ussual. Maybe they need more staff. They are friendly but patients running thin with customers. 15 minutes for a Venti Pike and kids hot chocolate?

Good as always! Blonde Vanilla Latte is awesome! I highly recommend this drink. Also like the White Chocolate Mocha. Always love when the Barista makes recommendations!
