Starbucks, Dallas TX

Still NOT doing walk in order. Drive thru is always packed so, never not enough time to grab in go when heading to work. I guess it's time to starting ordering online? Eventhough, its hard to order with specific items.

Slowest Starbucks experience in my life. 12 employees, all more worried about their own drinks than customers. Management doing pretty much nothing.

Ordered a trenta green tea lemonade, got my total, was asked to pull up to the window. After waiting behind 5 cars, I get told "we don't have lemonade, but I still made it with water. Do you want THAT? " WELLLL when you sell it like THAT, no. That sounds pretty gross. Thanks for the long wait for nothing.

Great place, only downfall is that it closes at 10 and not 10: 30pm like it states in the hours. So save yourself the trip!

As much as I order Starbucks. I unfortunately have had several bad experiences at this location. I usually order online and it is ready on time, but at this location I have several times never have my drink ready even though it isn’t to busy. Also they’re barista are not trained well enough, drinks are are always taste horrible. I have given them several chances but will not be stopping here anymore.
P. S I don’t always right bad reviews. This is just unacceptable at this point.

As I walked into this it was quite busy and i placed my order with Daniel for a caramel macchiato with 4 shots of espresso iced
Now i see everyone leave that came before and everybody that cam after me.
I waited for a total of 45 mins and still dud not recieve my correct order.
When asked about my order all he said was oh I dont know.
This was uncalled for if i could rate it lower i would thank younso much Daniel you are doing a great job keep it

I love my Starbucks Family! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years! They are always busy but that’s not their fault! They are hard workers and make me happy with my Espresso Frappuccino!

I ordered my mobile order 15 minutes before I can inside and they still didn’t have my order ready! It wasn’t even busy! When I asked how much longer they barely got my coffee ready and still didn’t have my egg bites. Worse customer service ever! Recommend everyone to go to a different location.

Sat at the drive thru while the girl at the window had a conversation with the car in front of and exchanging phone numbers

Great service as always. Staff is friendly and nice. The place is clean. Oh yeah, it's also a pokemon gym for those who are playing Go.

Took them 20 minutes for them to realize my order never came out. When I went up to the counter to inquire, they told me they had ran out of one of my items and if I wanted something else instead. I said no and they kept my money and I have no item. They then made the rest of my order in two minutes. No manager in sight.

Excellent customer service and always quick to get through orders. They handle large crowds efficiently and with a smile on there face. Great staff!

At the end of the day Starbucks at Starbucks but this location was definitely in need of some help the line was ridiculous 20 minutes and still haven't been served it could have used some cleaning and I don't know what was going on with management but they're out of everything nothing was in stock I left and went got some McDonald's coffee right next door half the price just as nice

One of the best Starbucks! The employees are always so polite no matter what time I come. They work fast and there is never a problem with my drink. Thanks for the amazing service.

The people that work here definitely know customer service. I went to the drive thru and got my son and I a drink.well when we were starting to pull away his baloon (not helium) fell out the window.so I stopped and got out to grab it and when I got back in.not thinking I sat directly on my drink (sooo cold) mad at myself, I go back in with my crushed drink and whipped cream on my pants (lol) and ask if I can just purchase another of the same thing.the lady was like don't worry I'll make another one for you at no cost.definitely made my day! ️️️

Love it here! Baristas are quick and my drink is always right! Don’t forget to tip, they deserve it!

Workers were rude.didnt even get my order correct.thats what happens when y'all hire a bunch of high school teenagers for a multi-million dollar company. With no knowledge of how to treat there customers with respect and good hospitality.

Busy but the staff is great. They made a mistake and gave me a free cookie to make up for it.:)
