Starbucks, San Antonio TX

One of your worst Starbucks in town. Always painfully slow. Sucks its the closest one too the house. I will try and go out of my way to avoid the guaranteed headache that come with this location. Do yourself a favor and drove the extra 5 minutes to another location.

Not impressed tried this location for the first time. The coffee wasn't the same and we order the sand thing from every location.

This location is very slow, but that might have more to do with them being understaffed. The drive thru also sucks because there’s too many entries creating confusion. Maybe block off one of the entries to make it less chaotic?

Starbucks never disappoints my coffee experience! Very tasty.the drive thru is always packed but they're pretty quick at getting your order done. Especially Nathan is extremely friendly and seems to enjoy the job! Great customer service!

The food here is so good! The workers are so nice! Since we had to wait alot the workers gave us a free organic juice! I am so lucky that I have a starbucks right next to my house.

You need to fix your drive thru. It's terrible to have people going in the line from both directions and causes a lot of tension! There should only be one way to go in line.

Edit: Pay attention to your mobile orders! Every time I order online you all never even started making me coffee and it's way past the time on the app!

Edit: 4 months later and there's still an issue with mobile ordering. Please get it together!

45 minutes to get two drinks. The drive-through and call in orders were being prioritized over the lobby. People were complaining and getting pushed ahead of us. Avoid at all costs

When ordering on the app and picking up inside - be sure to ask/remind the baristas of your name and order ever thirty seconds, otherwise you'll be waiting patiently for 20 minutes trusting that they know how to do their job, all the while your completed order is just sitting over by to drive through window. Happened MULTIPLE times at this location.

90% of the time they get my order correct. Always an excessively long drive thru line. (Which sometimes deters me from going in the 1st place) they hardly have my sprouts bagel in stock. This is my go to starbucks. The people there make you feel good. The one on fm 78 should spend a day or 2 here maybe they'd learn something. This store always has been really clean. Great job gals and guys.

They had to make my drink 3 times because not only was the first one incorrect they also change the milk option when I was placing my order.it doesn’t take a genius.press a few buttons, grab a different milk container and don’t add whip.thanks

Horrible experience and very unorganized! They over charged me and couldn’t provide me with my own receipt! First and definitely last time I go to this location!

The Starbucks on Walzem Road is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It’s wide open, offers a lot of comfort, and has very polite employees.

Visited Wed afternoon, Jan 31st, approx 2: 30. This location is now OPEN after its remodeling job. I found many USB ports on the power strip under the long table.but 3-prong outlets are few & far between. My phone quick-chrgr has a large head & didn't fit under the table, due to where outlets are situated.
Drive-thru seemed to be steady, but it was quiet inside despite there being about 10 -12 seated patrons. I stood unnoticed at the counter for a while, as I watched 3 employees moving about, chatting & laughing with each other - until somebody finally spotted me.
When I had to move to a small table in order to use a 3-prong outlet, I was hard-pressed to find a clean table; the 2 available ones near the outlets had dried spills on them, leftover napkins & a used cup. That was due to not a single employee having come out to view/clean the cust seating area in the entire 3 hrs I was there!

Messed up my very simple order and took an excessive amount of time to acknowledge me to fix the problem.

Nice staff, quick service, and good baristas. Someone misordered and we got a free venti mocha Frappuccino

This is like an overpriced Dairy Queen for adults everything here is high-priced and everybody is kind of addicted to this place now the only thing it has going for it is everybody knows where one is located so it's easy to get to and meet someone for lunch or to talk about business or just for pleasure anyway they're here to stay so deal with it the best you can

Again drink coffee but the prices are way too expensive I mean come on it's a freaking cup of coffee

My coffee wasn't full, and they didn't make the coffee right. This happens often at the Walzem location

The people here are awesome, very friendly staff. The Ambiance is great, I love the set up and very clean too.
