Starbucks, San Antonio TX

Always friendly & helpful staff. Managers are great. Very pro police and pro military at this location.

The coffee seemed off. I always order the same drink but it didn't taste right, something was missing.

By far the worst Starbucks I've been to. Same order: I order Caramel Brule, they didn't tell me they were out of toppings so they just gave me a caramel frapp.when I saw this I asked for mocha sprinkles then.got strawberry funnel cake sprinkles instead WITHOUT being told about it again! Asked for a refund and batista refused to refund me! What the hell? Also realized there was no extra shots (that I order and wasted my $$ in) of espresso. Definitely will not be back here. I'd rather drive 10 extra minutes to another location:/

The driver was fast and the customer service was friendly and professional! Coffee fresh and hot!

Cannot go wrong with Starbucks! They not getting any products to sell as often before the pandemic. But always great service.

Love this place, I make a pit stop every morning before work. Caramel Ribbon Crunch venti size, plus the young lady at the window always greets with a smile and calls me " love bug". Thought of it as a special gesture because that's what I call my grandson. Keep up the good work!

I wentbinsidebto order. And they made to regulars that were behind me. Like I wasn't already on a time frame. That was not cool. I order one drink

Clean store and friendly staff. Due to covid there's no restroom usage for patrons and no available trash cans in store.

So the coffee is self is good. Delicious even. Despite that they are bad at taking orders. They close at 930p.m. On Tuesday. I orderd two Iced vanilla Soy lattes and got one after they gave me a hot one. Then I was told they would give me my other iced latte. After 10 minutes I haven't gotten my other latte. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A COFFEE? !?

Come to this store consistently but tonight it was not the service but the supervisor/manager publicly scolding his employee. Told her to “shut up”. I think her name was kaliee and they were busy but it was uncalled for especially in front of customers. This happened tonight at 8: 30 pm on the 4th of August. He needs to be retrained on how to deal with stressful situations without lashing out.

Ordered a super special drink, they made it right on point! Love this Starbucks and I usually don't care them!

Service is always good, employees are always nice.but today I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha (hot) and when I got home I thought it felt a little light so I took off the lid to stir in the whip and there was no whip and like an inch and half of empty cup. I might as well have just paid for a grande since I'm pretty sure that's the amount I got. I paid extra for empty cup, not even some whip to take up space. Only complaint

The tea and coffee were the same wonderful Starbucks quality! The location itself did not meet my expectations. The bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty. The tables were not clean and they had no cream layed out to use. Not what I gave come to expect from a Starbucks!

Went there to get a coffee for someone else. I always think its commical of the people that hang out there on there computers like the are in their office's and others are looking for a table for a group of them and no seats. I would be the one to go sit beside them like I don't care. But thats the atmosphere you are paying for for coffee that tastes better at McDonalds.

By far the best Starbucks I have ever been too! I feel I should not write how quick they are even during rush hour!

Stopped in my favorite Starbucks to avoid a downpour. The staff did a great job of taking care of people who needed shelter from the rain

My favorite place to go. Professional staff and probably the safest Starbucks in the city; frequented very often by police and military, love it.

Its starbucks.obviously it's amazing. However, I do reccomend ordering through the app so that you can just walk in and get your caffeine fix ASAP!

Not a bad place but the windows are foggy with crud and looking a little run down. They were having a problem with tickets printing out of order, not sure if that is a recurring problem here.
