Starbucks, Austin TX

Nice place near UT campus for coffee. Well stocked, although it gets a bit crowdy sometimes during the afternoon.

Love it once again Starbucks has shown they can fit quality into any size location and on any block. Great service.

It's a busy sbux due to its proximity to UT, most of the clientele are students in their 20s, however the staff are very efficient at handling the crowd. The seating includes an awesome deck outside, and I regret not taking a photo of it, will have to in next visit. This is one of my favorite sbux in Austin though I don't get there very often, highly recommend.

It's busy in the mornings, as expected. But there's a bunch of place to sit and work. And there location is nice.

5th@Lamar, 6th@Congress, 4th@Lavaca, and West campus have some of the coolest individuals who show appreciation towards customers even if you want free cold water and paying attention to orders for the brew in town!

There was NO space to sit inside, let alone spaces with outlets. Had to sit outside in the heat, which wasn’t very fun. Very thankful for the small 5-10 car parking lot though. That was nice.

Came in for a matcha green tea latte.poorly made.green tea powder not fully dissolved or very diluted with milk.very unsatisfied.

The barista was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't explain to me what certain menu items were. The coffee was good, but if you're not absolutely certain about what you want or if you have any questions about their options this isn't the location for you. They might treat you like a nuisance for not knowing everything about coffee before you step in there.

Target Starbucks needs to train their staff. Ordered a Chi latte with soy milk. UUGH! After two tries she gave me a lemonade

They do not properly honor the refill policy. Not enough seating. Bathroom is unclean 9 out of 10 times I go there. Most of the workers seem grumpy all the time and seem to care very little about customer service. Every time I go, my drink is made wrong (I watch them make my mobile order) and I have to have it made again. Not enough outlets given it's close proximity to UT.

I’ve stopped by during the summer so it’s not as busy as during the school year. Definitely recommend going during the summer or ordering in advance during the school year.

I just left for 15 min after gave my order and they booted my car. I explained I left only for 15 min and they still charged me 150 dollars. Even 1 star is more than they deserve but there is no option to give 0 stars!

The booting company guy locked (booted) my car while I was ordering at starbucks.
I explained that i was ordering a cup of teat at the starbucks and showed him a receipt.
But he keep saying "I saw that you do not go to starbucks, you have to pay $150 or your car will be towed".

After checking the cctv, he accepted that he was wrong and unlock the booting device. But refuse to give me his name.
I lost my precious 30mins and have to cancel my appointment.

I met my wife at this starbucks almost 15 years ago while at UT. It will always hold a special place in my heart. While in ATX recently we took the kiddos to show them where mommy and daddy met for the first time. Very cool. Same table and all folks.

Parking can be a nightmare (make sure you park in one of the starbucks spots or street parking, otherwise you’ll probably get booted very quickly).

Staff is always great though, and they’re usually pretty speedy despite almost always being super busy.

I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha but got it hot the girl was nice enough to remake it but once I got to work and tried it I realized I got nothing but cream there's no coffee, no flavor, no expresso, nothing, I'm very disappointed

I always order soy milk with my drinks because I am actually lactose intolerant. They don't always put the correct milk in my cup even though I have paid for the different milk. This has become very annoying. I only come back because they don't burn their coffee like the starbucks in the SAC.

The place is excellent for students and the young crowd. Open till 11: 00 pm. Very cozy. Nice to hang out. There is a lot of beautiful and hot and very sexy girls hanging out in here. They usually wear micro shorts, t-shirts, mini skirts, and flip flops where you can see their sexy toes!

I mean, it’s a starbucks. But, not all the outlets work and that’s a bummer. It’s literally always busy. 10/10 would not attempt if you don’t want to engage with the student population.

I love the vibe at this Starbucks. It is always packed with students, but it has a beautiful deck patio with lots of tables and chairs.
