2545 minutes of our Mother's Day waiting for drinks yielded nothing! The lack of organization and service within this shop is ridiculous. Even after speaking to the Barista about the status of our drinks, her sole response is I'm only making drinks in the order of the cups that are provided to me. Piss poor customer service to say the least!
Good job Joey, for coming out to the cafe and cleaning up even when it's super busy! Also, Colton is always killing it on the bar and always says hi and remembers me even that I don't come as often as I used to. Keep up the great work?
They’re never ready to open/ serve at 5: 30 am even though they open at 5 am.
The girls in the morning ignore you if you go to the menu board then continue ignoring you when you pull up to the window and casually walk past you 10x
The worst location around.
Never have regular items and when I ask to order drink items on their regular menu, I'm told I need to supply ingredients or to not order non menu items.yeah I'll go to any location but this one and order regular menu freakin items.
Very disappointed I live soooooo far from a starbucks and was so excited but then I got the drinks omg there was soooooo much expresso I could not even drink it there was no flavor just tasted like extra strong coffee my friends drink was the same but the people working there were really nice
Loved the taste of the 5 Frappuccinos ordered for my family but the long wait time is deteriorating! I strongly suggest that to get more staff to help delegation of tasks and focus on serving clientele at a faster rate. The location is always busy and clients usually get to queue for awhile but waiting 1 hour is unacceptable.at least for me since I had my husband and my three boys with me in vehicle complaining about the long wait!
I understand that today is New Years Day 2021, we should start the year positive attitude not rude. I was at drive thru and another car was in front waiting. The rude staff from Starbucks put a sign in front of the SUV (Honda) stating it was close. It would have being nice to allow the Honda civic and myself to continue being served in line instead of sending both of us away. We were the last ones in line. What happen to customer service?
Tried getting a blueberry muffin. Not any available. Tried getting zen green tea. Not available. I won’t be back at this location.
It was a very good experience! The guys incredibly good attitude we got the ultra caramel frappuccino and spice pumpkin latte
Very friendly. I asked for some breakfast or lunch for some gluten free bread and was told NO GLUTEN FREE sandwiches!
Customers drinks left out for long period of time with no concern for calling the customer. Hot drink was spilt on customers hand with no apologizes. Long lines and wait times.
Great ppl always the workers here are always in a great mood. They remember ur drinnk and have a kind word to say whenever I come in.
The cashier is friendly, so far they haven't missed up my order (which is simple) they call talk to their regulars and are friendly to all who walk in.
It really sucks that the place i usually go to give me bad customer service they were so rude they didn’t warm up my bread when i ask and they still said i ask you excuse me like i didn’t even talk to you and my cold coffee was so bad like they didn’t even want to do their job just not going to that Starbucks I’ll just go inside target for my inconvenience
It amazes me how many times a "batista" can mess up an order. Gave it another chances and it happened again! Be cautious here!
We did a big work order today and the sandwich was wrong. When we called door dash to inform them we waited on hold for 30 minutes with no response. I will never order from this starbucks again and I will never order any delivery that is done by door dash.
Not very acommadating environment for studying the word of God. Also it seems that they completely ignore the words of wisdom contained in Doctrine and Covenants 89
Awesome atmosphere, comfy leather padded chairs, good coffee&muffins, gental happy music &daily newspaper.
The worst location I've been to. This last time I came in no one greeted or acknowledged that I was there. No customers waiting on drinks but four employees with headsets on chatting with each other. Waited at register for 30 seconds without anyone looking at me. Started walking away before they noticed me. No smiles except when making fun of the customers in the drive thru. Whoever runs this location should take notes from Shaenfield location cause that one rocks!
I don't know what happened, but this is consistently the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've watched them pull a shot for my Americano, and then walk off for upwards of 10 minutes doing Other Things. Very annoying.
Edit: Looking at the other reviews, it's clearly a pattern, you'd think someone would read these and intervene.
Edit: Weeks later and nothing has changed, ridiculously slow.
