I recently found myself in need of a bridesmaids dress after a dear friend of mine asked me to be in her wedding. Having learned from my horrendous experience at David’s Bridal, I decided to look around and came across Stardust Celebrations. My experience here was seamless! I made an appointment online and was greeted by name upon entering which made me feel very welcome. I was then shown the assortment of dresses and then I talked with the consultant about the color I needed and the different styles they offered. I was really concerned about finding a dress that was flattering on my body and the consultant (Marianne, I believe) walked me through the different styles and which would look the best on me. At the end of my appointment, I left feeling confident and excited about finding a beautiful dress for my friend’s special day. Thank you Stardust!

The most personable experience today. Kathy made my daughter feel so special and treated us as family. She listened to what she was looking for and keeping the budget in mind. Dorian was amazing as well so sweet and kind and we had lots of laughs. Highly recommend these two wonderful ladies when looking for your bridal dress.

Kathy was an amazing stylist! She was sweet and patient. I appreciated her listening and truly understanding what I wanted for my special day. She made the process of trying on dresses relaxing. We even had some good laughs. I’m so thankful she helped me find the dress. She even went the extra mile to help us find the Mother of the Bride dress and bridesmaid dresses. You can feel that she loves what she does and finds enjoy in helping a bride. Dorine was so helpful and caring as well. She listened to our concerns. Dorine did a great job with adding the final touches. She kept us laughing as looked at the Mother of the Bride dresses. The entire shopping experience was laid back and fun. These ladies are the best! Thank you for making it a great experience! We all appreciate all your help!

Marianne is an expert at recommending and fitting tuxedos. She is professional, knowledgeable and my son looks amazing in his tux. I highly recommend Marianne and Stardust Celebrations!

From finding my mother of the bride dress out of the many beautiful options, to the alterations and final fittings, Stardust was fantastic! I love my dress!

This was my 5th store to shop for a wedding dress. I had Marianne and she was HANDS DOWN the best stylist I have worked with. This store has everything you could want, and the customer service was unmatched. Dorine, the manager is phenomenal as well. I said yes to my dress here and feel so confident about my big day!

I’m thankful this was not my first stop of the day, because I think I would have had a much less pleasant experience! I called to book an appointment in July and told the woman booking me my budget, which she said would work (and was above their starting prices listed on their website). When I got to the studio and met with the consultant (who was nice but disinterested,) she asked me about style, budget, etc. When I told her my budget, she visibly winced! She said finding a dress in my style (clean, classic, a-line with off-the-shoulder) and budget would be very difficult. I told her I was willing to go up by 1k and she took me around the store to look at dresses.

I felt rushed looking at the gowns to pull. Understandably, since I had a specific style and budget in mind there wouldn’t be tons of dresses for me, but the selection was surprisingly sparse. Maybe if I had more time to look I would have found a diamond in the rough.

During the appointment, my consultant was nice enough, but some things rubbed me the wrong way. For example, while leaving I commented on how pretty a very unique dress was on a mannequin, and she just started talking about how it was the most expensive dress in the store. Her attitude was definitely one of “the pricier, the better. ” Overall, I felt like I was not a priority because I was spending less than $3k on a dress. She also didn’t ask a single question about my fiancé throughout the whole appointment.

Something that I thought was weird was I was talking to my consultant about alterations and how you can alter 2 sizes down, since I had lost 30lbs and was planning on losing more. She then mentioned someone she worked with at the store got gastric bypass, lost a lot of weight, then gained it back… what a weird and negative thing to share!

My MOH and mom also said they overheard another consultant loudly complaining to a client about how a certain designer’s photograph poorly. It just seemed very negative.

I tried on six dresses (most of which did not seem worth their price…) and was quickly ushered out. As I got dressed, the consultant tried selling me on bridesmaid dresses and tuxedo services, which just felt tacky. The appointment took less than 45 minutes, but honestly the whole time I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up going back to the other store I tried gowns on at (I saw 15 gorgeous gowns there I loved and were all within or just a few hundred over budget) and bought my dress!

Is this the worst place ever? No! If you have a very high budget, you might find something you love. But overall, the vibe was really off, the selection was poor, the consultants were uninterested, and I felt tense and uncomfortable the whole time.

Kennedy was absolutely amazing! I had a group with me of opinionated ladies and he knew exactly how to work the room! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for me and my family! Heather was also wonderful in alterations!

This was my very first wedding dress shopping experience, and Cal did not disappoint! She was incredibly knowledgeable and did a superb job of explaining all the different fits. I hadn’t done much homework on what I wanted and Cal was so patient - she listened to our comments and feedback on the dresses and was able to help make thoughtful suggestions for what I may like. I am so appreciative to have had Cal help me!

I had the best experience! I needed to get my two teenage boys measured for my niece’s upcoming wedding. I called around to SEVERAL places and either they told me they didn’t do courtesy measurements, didn’t answer me or were rude. The ladies in this shop were so friendly, kind, helpful and efficient! Thank you for making this process easy!

I originally went to a different bridal shop but for some reason, they couldn’t order the dress I wanted in time. Stardust carried the dress I wanted, ordered it on time and was completely communicative with me. They completely worked around my crazy schedule and made me feel like I was the only bride in the shop. Not only that but the alterations team is incredible! Parisa was the sweetest, best person to work with and overall had such a great experience here.

Had a fitting appointment this morning with the one and only Marianne and I couldn’t have been more thrilled and thankful for my experience. Marianne made sure I was comfortable, was very respectful and all around made my experience memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend Marianne as your stylist; especially if you want a good laugh!

Stardust provided excellent customer service from the sale of my mother of the bride dress to the alterations. Parisa was very detailed orientation and addressed all of my requests on the alterations. I would definitely shop here again!
