They were so patient and amazing and very kind they were nothing but helpful answered all of our questions without any attitude or disrespect. I appreciate their staff entirely! I would say this was one of the BEST rental experience we have had. On top of everything they were very accepting and understanding and got right to business! Their facility was extremely clean, inviting, homey and well decorated. P.s thank you for going above and beyond to make this happen for us.

By far the worst company ever! Money money money they are money hungry, not only there’s a quarterly inspection however when you vacate the property they still take more than half of your deposit. If every quarter you guys says everything looks great I pass inspection why when I decided to vacate you find so many things that needed fixing… SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is by far the best property management in the area. Ive had zero issues with anything Ive ever addressed and the issues that I have addressed are taken care of in a timely manner.

Make sure you read everything very well before signing your lease, even before providing your deposit of 1,000 dollars. YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK.there is a lot of “smaller fees” that get added as you go through the lease and you have to have the 40 dollar a month resident program. We did the math before signing the lease and it added an extra 300 dollars a month on top of the rent. Much rather lose out on 1,000 than paying an extra 300 on a place that isn’t worth it. Do your research and make sure you read every single paper you sign. My mistake was believing one thing they said and another thing was written on paper. Save your money and the headache of the application fees, etc.good luck on your search!

Scheduling a showing is the worst… I made an appointment for two showings ant the same location. Both of the showings were cancelled after I was sitting in the driveway of the home. Then I called and they were no help whatsoever…

Love this company! In a crisis one amazing person from the company dropped everything she was doing and picked up very important packages that was left at my front door. She literally dropped what she was doing and I’m helped me out so quickly! I owe her and her company everything. They have been looking over our home for the past 9 years and we are so grateful for them! I’m so glad we picked them to handle our property! You are in good hands with them!

Attempted to contact them about a property and ask questions about their policies. Apparently when you call, you're calling a call center. The person I spoke to had a heavy accent and I could barely understand what they were saying. She told me she would have to have the property management contact me to answer any questions as they didn't have any information and there isn't a way for the customer or potential to contact the property management company directly. I personally won't do business with someone that is so far removed from the customer there isn't any direct communication or there are unnecessary obstacles to that direct communication.
