We (party of 14) arrived very close to closing and was expecting to be rushed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. And not once did we feel uncomfortable or rushed. Our orders were prepared with care and delivery hot and quickly. Our server was extremely pleasant, even took time to take a group photo of the family!

Great date night and special occasion restaurant. I highly recommend this place for anyone enjoying the shopping area. The food is in very big portions, and I don't like that they charge for splitting meals since they are so big. However, at times, it's worth it if you know you can't finish a meal. The food is delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. The cocktails are flavorful and they have a great spins on classic favorites.

They only have one type of coffee and it's a light roast, a bit sour and acidity so be prepared for that. The food portions are pretty large and can be shared nice atmosphere good food and good service overall.

An absolute joke of a restaurant. Whoever the awful hostess is should be fired immediately. We reserved a standard table for 2 on 12/17 at 11am. The place was borderline empty for a Sunday brunch yet she decided to sit us in the middle of the hallway because they had a new waiter that couldn't handle anything out of their new make-shift section. Her response was that they reserved the right to put us wherever they wanted. She refused to get the manager as I waited with my wife for 10 more minutes before leaving. Manager of location - reach out to me. She deserves to lose her job unfortunately. Outside would have been an option even, or any "real" table at all. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad. What a shame she is representing this place so badly. And no, I will not email anyone now to complain in the wind so you can ask me to update the review.

10 out of 10 will come again. The service was amazing and food was fanominal. Everything is made from scratch and is quite literally mouth watering. If you stop by try the crispy chicken H town Hot! It's the perfect amount of spicy but with a burst of flavor. Their brunch is available on weekends and is superb. It is a little pricey but not overpriced. For the quality it is reasonably priced and worth every penny. The atmosphere and decor is very home it feels like visiting your grandparents farmhouse. Even the dishes give you that cozy feeling of home. It's perfectly located neat parking and shopping too. I went with my family and it's the perfect place for a family meal. Music isn't too loud but also enjoyable perfect for conversations. I will 100% be visiting again.

Where do I start? This place is great. The food was amazing and the service was even better. The one worker, Trey Cobbin, made the experience wonderful for me and my family. We will be coming back again with more of our friends.

Great location with plenty of parking. The decor is chic. We had grilled chicken sandwich, chicken salad and black tea (only choice). Not busy on a Friday lunch hour. Service was good.

First offf… 10/10 on my scale for the Bartender, I believe his name is Robert. Maybe mid 20’s. He made sure I was satisfied with my order. Great service! I overheard a couple say he makes good drinks too. Unfortunately, I could not try one since I was on the clock for work.

The only reason why their perfect score came from a 5/5 to a 2/5 is management! An ignorant man and a lady! I felt disrespected and discriminated against. Do you think trying to play it off by standing there over his bar having a conversation until I notice you and the man says, let’s step in the back… made it look like that’s all you were doing? And then step in the back peeking thru still watching his bar area. And then the management lady runs up to the host bar when she saw I was leaving, I believe her name is Erica that NO ONE was at when I walked in. If you were to roll back the camera and watch from the moment I walk in to the time I left, you will find nothing but ignorance and discrimination from management. Me, just a normal customer asking about the food on the menu since it was my 1st time, sat and waited, flipped my receipt over I signed to make sure I tipped the bartender appropriately and left when food came out. What made me so different than any other customer? Ohhhhh, maybe because he was black and I was black and ALL black people must know each other and up to something. Right? WRONG! I do not know that young man and it was my 1st time there. I’m in my 50’s, a warm positive soul, a mama and grandma…and that young man there I feel sorry for him (a little younger than my daughter) … working for people like that. I got feedback from another black couple as I was leaving and they made a comment they won’t ever eat there again and I discovered…due to same reason.

Management, If you would have just remained unseen, the Bartender would have carried the perfect score for your restaurant.
Your job is to create a positive dining experience like your staff is doing and retain customers, not drive them away!

Do not support this location! There are plenty of other restaurants surrounding them and a State Fair Kitchen in Houston.

I really loved that it was mostly quiet. We got sat right away and the food was so delicious! I loved my salad and the birria hash! The service was excellent.

This is a very good option in the area. Nice variety without a massive menu so they can focus on doing it well. Service very good and prices reasonable. Will visit again when in the area

Had such a relaxing and enjoyable birthday brunch! Food and drinks were excellent. Our server was wonderful.

The food is not up to par! And it being in a prime location, you would expect better. Very mediocre.

I got the SW Baja Bowl, the portion size is great, but not a lot of flavor or seasoning, just very sour. The atmosphere is great so I’d like to come back and try something else.

Two of our dishes came out cold and had to be returned. One never came back and since the rest of our party was done, we just canceled it and that person didn't get to eat. Crab cakes were not good, I don't recommend ordering them. Queso was pretty tasty though. Waitress was friendly. Second round of drinks ordered never came either. Manager removed the food we didn't receive, but no other concessions provided. We will not return.

Our server was Asha and she made everything smooth and enjoyable! All the food was incredibly flavorful and my group of 6 had a great time.
