Darin’s office does a really good job of actually caring about you and looking out for your policies which is really cool. Anytime I need to submit something they call in and remind me, which is great since I’m not that good at remembering that kind of stuff. All of the staff are really cool and nice and actually hear you out and listen to you. I know other agencies that are really pushy and “business-first” but the staff here do an amazing job of actually listening and talking to you. I actually feel like I’m talking to some good friends over at the office, rather than a suit who sees me as a dollar sign. They’re great at communicating changes in my bills or policies and anytime I need something, they get it to me that same call or shortly after. Darin’s office is a hidden gem with some amazing staff and as boring and complicated as insurance can be, Count on them to make it easy and quick and painless. Thank you all so much!

Our Agent did a very good job in preparing a quote for our auto and home policy. He pointed out the difference between a Travelers policy on auto/home vs State Farm. After looking at both policies side by side on paper, it was oblivious to me that I had to choose State Farm because of the value and benefits.
