Immaculate hotel with great service. From breakfast to free laundry to a suite room- all around excellent! Our new home away from home.

I always stay here when in the Lake Jackson area. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. I always enjoy the fresh made breakfast with different selections each day. Worth the money whether you're staying one night or two weeks.

My stay at the Staybridge Suites Lake Jackson was fantastic. The rooms and property are clean and cozy, and the included breakfast and happy hour are such a touch. Barry, Mike, Alvin, and all the rest of the awesome staff are also super friendly, and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I definitely recommend staying here!

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Exceptional service, breakfast buffet, basketball court, den fully functional kitchen in my room, clean comfortable bed with large pillows and the staff is top notch! A short drive from Houston, and we’ll worth it! I will definitely stay here again!

Can't say enough. Management is great and friendly. Font desk is awesome. Great parking for 18 wheelers. Accept clc and give full points to ihg members. What more can you want

I cannot say enough about my stay at this hotel and in most part to Barry, Stephanie & Sierra! They all do everything possible to accommodate your every need! The entire staff pays such attention to every detail. The entire place is immaculately clean, the breakfast is amazing and the evening hot snacks are wonderful when you come in after a very long hard day! Thank you all!

My whole experience staying at this awesome and amazing Hotel was the best. As soon as you walked in the hotel you can smell the cleanliness, it smelled so clean and so fresh unlike other hotels that smell like mildew. This one did not. The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff was amazing, the manager was.happy hour from 5: 00 to 7: 00 was absolutely fantastic and the chef was awesome and very kind and if breakfast items were out they would replace and make sure we had plenty to eat. I wish that they had biscuits and gravy that would have been awesome. And it was awesome that they had free washing and drying for your clothes all you had to do was to bring your laundry detergent and fabric softener. They Supply to you with your own laundry basket in your room. I seriously recommend staying at this five star hotel. They make you feel at home and like family. I will definitely be back.thank you so much for your hospitality and taking care of us.

Our stay was one of the best stays we’ve had for a little one nighter after hanging at Surfside Beach all day! Amenities were great and very well kept grounds! We will be staying again and again!

We have stayed at this hotel twice, almost exactly a year apart. Our stay in 2021 was amazing. We loved it so much that we didn’t consider staying anywhere else this year. But our most recent stay was not as great and we will not be as quick to return.
The facilities are still nice but they’re definitely not as clean. The carpets in the breakfast area were gross, lots of stains and never appeared clean during our 6-night stay. It also didn’t appear to be getting attention from anyone cleaning or rearranging after breakfast. All week I noticed the same long cushion on the booth sitting with the zipper facing out instead of toward the back like the rest of them. The breakfast bar was often out of utensils and other things- and the employees were sometimes huddled in the kitchen laughing and talking- you had to interrupt to ask for things. We joked that each employee had different music selections because what was blasting from the kitchen varied- 90s rock, metal, and country.
We weren’t in our room much so it wasn’t a huge deal, but having paid for two rooms for a week, cleanliness is our biggest concern and it was just sub-par. It felt like a different hotel than the one we had loved just a year ago.

I do highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Freeport-Clute Lake Jackson Texas area. Everyone there makes you feel welcome, Management is wonderful there. This is one hotel that does care that you're comfortable And make you feel like family. Everyone there was awesome. I do highly recommend this hotel.

If I ever have to make one choice in a hotel to stay it would be this one Jennifer, Barry, Gary and Amber are very good at their work and are very professional. I seriously cannot wait to get to stay there again

Arrived for reservation and provided a room key. Went to the room to find the maintenance crew painting the room. How the desk clerk didn't know what rooms were available and what rooms weren't is beyond me. Ended up having to get a different room.

Once we arrived at a vacant room, it appeared decent. That is until we looked closely at the restroom which was not very clean and had mismatched paint repairs throughout. We made do and settled in for the night but were uncomfortable sleeping due to it being rather warm in the room even with the thermostat set on 64.

The following morning we were looking forward to having breakfast in the nice little breakfast area up front. As we arrived, we were very disappointed. This is the exact same menu as what is served at any Holiday Inn Express.

Having seen the disappointing food choices, we decided to check out and leave. As we gathered our belongings and went to the front desk to check out, we rang the bell for 5 minutes because noone was at the front desk. As several of the guests were departing for the day, they commented good luck because there is never anyone at the front desk. Finally a female came from around the corner and said "sorry, I was in the bathroom". Classy!

Needless to say we checked out and will not return to stay at the Staybridge Hotel in LJ in the future. Save your money and stay somewhere else. We were very disappointed with the experience as a whole.

The best hotel in LJ. Staff were polite, accommodating and professionals. The whole ambiance was elegant, calming and relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always good, served fresh and hot. Special thanks to Sherri, she's so friendly and sweet. We love her positive energy. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely use this hotel in the future again.

While showering, the bathtub kept making crackling noises when I would move. I was so scared the tub would crash down to the 1st floor w/me in it. It was scary. RM#224

I have to travel alot for work and I've stayed in many hotels, but the staybridge brand is by far the best! The customer service is fantastic, the rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is delicious! I cant say enough good things about it, If could give more stars I would! 10/10 would recommend

Staff shouldn’t full force yell at delivery people. I won’t be recommending this place to any of my out of town friends. Instead of coming at me calmly I got screamed at for trying to deliver food to a guest. The guest witness it all, if your gonna have a new rule that delivery people must stop at the desk then put up a sign, not berate the delivery person.

I fall more and more in love with this place every time I go. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean. Honestly, within the area, this hotel is the best. I have stayed at Courtyard and I have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites and Staybridge far outranks them both.

My room was very clean & neat. Customer service from Stephanie was very very helpful & she is detailed organized. Job well done I would stay here again

Very clean hotel! The staff is excellent and made us feel at home. We travel all the time and this is one of my favorites now. And we stay in anywhere from 3 star hotels (like this one) to high dollar 5 star hotels. I can’t emphasize how well taken care of and clean that it was!
