Staybridge Suites San Antonio Sea World, an IHG Hotel

Great stay, we will be back again. And Bernard with his shuttle service was right on. He did a great job.

The rooms were very dated and not laid out with knowledgeable construction. I tend to expect modern conveniences, like USB jacks, which were absent. The addition of the sofa couch was convenient, but the layout was not thought out. The bathroom was located inside the bedroom which made it extremely inconvenient if you had a guest or children, which was the purpose of the sofa bed.
The breakfast was far better than what you typically get for free at any hotel. Very good with plenty of choices.

Only reason I rated 3 stars is because of the beds, they could upgrading. But the service and the staff here was phenomenal! And the location was perfect for us since we were going to SeaWorld.

Really liked the shuttle services to SeaWorld, complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. However, Facilities and rooms could have been cleaned better. Hotel lobby restroom disgusting. Housekeeping seems to do the bare minimum when it comes to the rooms.

IZZY & JAY are awesome I asked about prices on rooms and to see what the rooms look like they were professional, friendly and made me look forward to future stays!

Worst service and hotel also they stole stuff from our truck in the night the cop went in the morning and they show him the video they couldn’t see the face of the person and the pool was dirty the food everything. Please don’t go there

Wasn't what we expected? Not very clean didn't have much to offer being where it was you would think so. Very disappointed we didn't stay our full stay one night was enough

Staybridge Suites is always a reliable place to stay long-term. The customer service is beyond compare and is worth the stay alone. If that is not enough, the breakfast and the dinner three times a week is the cherry on top.

Hospital appt.stay. A first class hotel. Mgmt and staff were remarkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. This may be my new spot when visiting San Antonio. Thank you!

Wow, what a great stay. We visit SeaWorld often and have stayed at most of the nearby hotels, and this is our new favorite. So many convenient complimentary amenities for this price point. The breakfast was outstanding, the dinners were great, and the free laundry and SeaWorld shuttle were so convenient. The staff and rooms were wonderful as well. We'll certainly be back.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We needed pool towels and the staff brought them out to us. They called to ensure our room was acceptable about 20 minutes after checking in and told us to ask if there was anything we needed. The kitchenette was addiquitly stocked for our visit.

This hotel is infested with fleas or bed bugs I’m not sure which but our entire family woke up with large bites all from head to toe. I currently have a bite so large I may need to actually go to ER from the reaction. We were moved to another room which did not have a working shower. We were told we could use a service shower and return back to our room.
The had been a chicken bone in the hallway and housekeeping refused to clean it. This was left behind from the pile of trash housekeeping keeps in the hallway while cleaning.
The rooms condition sucks cracked old walls. Dirt in corners, broken and stained furniture. The room we were moved to is missing lamps as well as the shower mentioned above. I would not stay here I know nothing about this city I was placed in this hotel for an event and based on my experience at this hotel I would never come back

It’s nice to have a kitchen if you’re planning on staying for a period of time. The pillows and the beds are hard makes our sleeping time uncomfortable. Outdated carpet and furniture. A little rundown for a 3 star hotel. Staffs are friendly. Love the breakfast and social events. Rooms are not sound proof at all. The people upstairs were so loud and could hear footsteps. I can hear other rooms tv and their voices. I’m changing this to 2 stars as I’m so unhappy with this 3 star hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious rooms. Wide variety of breakfast! And I mean a wide variety! Comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this place!
