Our technician was Raul Pena, and guys.this man cleaned our carpets as if he was doing his own!
He got out toddler stains, juice, popsicle, candy, BLOOD, wine and he pre treated, he antibacterial treated, he did the deep steam clean and I could not be happier!
He took his time and did the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
If I could give this man a raise I WOULD!

Scott and Mike did a Pet Level 2 treatment and tile grout cleaning. They did an excellent job. They really put in the time and effort to make sure the job was done right. They were also very courteous and personable. Would highly recommend!

Needed an overdue carpet cleaning of our 3 bedrooms, and 3 area rugs. I looked on Next-door to see who the neighbors recommended. Steam Master Cleaning at 1330 W. Blanco was the top recommendation. I called them for an estimate, and they were prompt to have someone come the next day. I was called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know someone was on the way. The Technicians showed up Fernando & Joseph exactly on time. Fernando explain the process, they did an inspection of the rooms and provided an estimate. Fernando explain each option in detail, and how we would benefit from each treatment. Very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable of each treatment and service provided. We decided to agree on a treatment. And they actually started the same day. They took the necessary precautions to protect our furniture, the moved the couches, protected the walls to ensure no damage occurred. These guys were % on top of their business. Explained everything along the way to ensure there were no miss understanding. The technicians were easily identifiable with their uniforms and the company truck. They accepted all forms of monetary payment methods. Fernando also briefed us on all the other services they provided and provided estimates for tile cleaning, and granite countertops. These guys were awesome and Fernando is definitely my go to guy to get any of these services done. The cost was very economical$$. 5 star cleaning and 5 star service provided by the Technicians

Bryan Davenport came and did such a thorough job! Our pup had a few too many accidents for us to take care of it ourselves so I reached out to this company. They got back so quickly and Bryan really came through! When we're due for the next cleaning, I'll be sure to reach out to them (and Bryan) again!

I have a pug that still likes to mark and pee inside. Chris worked extra hard to clean and get rid of the smell from my couch and bedroom carpet. My home no longer smells like dogs. I highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration.

Bryan and Fernando were excellent! Truly knowledgeable and completely transparent with pricing. They took the time to explain each service and why it was recommended. They cleaned our tile flooring throughout the entire home and also did an extra acid wash for stubborn grout stains. Additionally, they sealed the grout to prevent future staining. Extraordinary service - I’ll never look anywhere else for floor and tile cleaning services.

Bryan and Fernando restored my CremaMarfil Marble floors to new! The grout and floors are white again! Bryan also restored the marble counter, removing the lemon juice stains that had damaged the finish. A+
