Please make sure how much your car is worth before trade in. Base on Kelley Blue Book my car market value is around 25k-26k, so they undercut and offer me 20k for it with a straight face. At that point it's not even about the low offer, but just straight up disrespectful. Their customer service was great, but your best interest isn't on their list.

Great customer service, no pressure, fair pricing. Ask for Preston he is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly can’t say enough nice things about him and the dealership.

I got in a car accident about three weeks ago and my car was totaled. I was in a rush to find a new vehicle since my rental was only given to me for so long. We went to several Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Toyota and Hyundai dealerships to shop around. I never actually visited this particular dealership because of the distance from my house but I called in and got transferred to Fred Armitage. He was friendly as can be and extremely quick in his responses sending photos, videos, the window sticker, along with answering all of our questions.

When I told him the exact exterior, interior, features etc.that I wanted, he kept an eye out for new shipments and continuously followed up with me. He was extremely persistent without being pushy.

We found a vehicle that was a little less expensive elsewhere but we ended up buying the car through Fred in RB New Braunfels because of his customer service. I left the dealership with my dream Tuscon and it was all because of Fred and his team at Roger Beasley!

Preston was awesome! He is very professional and easy to work with. This was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership getting a new vehicle which I really appreciated.

Customer Service was superb in taking care of business with the situation on our vehicle. Unfortunately, the maintenance shop were not able to return vehicle in time due to parts were not at location. They had to request parts from another location, returned vehicle almost a week later for pickup. It might be a pain not having vehicle back on time but I know the vehicle is in good hands that I won't need to return for additional repairs in the future.

This place is AMAZING! Stopped by just to take a quick look at a car, not planning on purchasing that day. The staff were so nice and not pushy. Ended up purchasing the car and they made the process fast and easy unlike any other experience I've had! I didn't sit in there long but the little time I was in there seeing how the staff worked with one another gave me an even better feel that I was purchasing from the right place. I plan on coming back for my next purchase.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are completely transparent. The price is the price. No extra fees or pricey options are added later. No haggling. Seriously no hassle. Mr. Tim Burns set us on the path via internet sales, Mr. Fred Armitage helped us at their New Braunfels location, and Mr. Richard Medellin assisted us with financing. Super friendly and efficient. I would give them 100 stars if I could! We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Fred took great care of us during the whole process. We had a positive, no hassle sales experience and were able to walk out with a new vehicle that met our needs and our price range.
