Absolutely love this place! Dr. Brown is amazing, super professional and thorough in his work. His Nurse Mandy is equally just as good, very understanding, doesn’t place any judgement. The receptionist Robin is very nice, helpful and resourceful. Overall 10/10, hands down the best in Texarkana.

I love the everyone at this office including the nurse who draw blood. I dnt like needles and she never once inflected any pain, If i have to have blood drawn i would be glad to to hope in the chair.been going to this place for years and I wouldn't want to change. The staff including the doctor treat u with respect

I was a bit reluctant to have been referred to a male doctor and decided to see how the appt went before judging. I have a history of fibroids and have had many doctors disregard my pain and symptoms overall just be really rough during procedures. Dr. Brown is actually amazing! He is attentive and gentle. I could sense the empathy and he was very thorough with his responses to my questions. I won’t be looking for any other gyno.

He and his staff are great! Made me feel very at ease prior to surgery. Great bedside manner.

I've seen this doctor twice within a 2 year period, and both times he was great. He came in the room and greeted me by name and shook my hand. He explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood, and he explained all of my options. His staff was very friendly and professional, and I love the fact that there was a very short wait time before being seen. Great experience!

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for a number of years, and today I called to get my yearly appointment, and the receptionist ask if I would be using my same insurance. I told her I am now on Medicare, and my other insurance was now my supplemental insurance. She informed me Dr. Brown would not be seeing me because I am on Medicare, unless there is a problem. I am very disappointed to be treated this way. I have liked Dr. Brown, and think he is a very caring and compassionate dr, but seems I will now be seeking another gynecologist.

Office was very clean. The staff were welcoming for my first time there. Unlike the other places I’ve visited they took the time to understand my issues and had a resolution. I felt so good leaving this office and would recommend to anyone.
