These guys are amazing! I was shaking like a leaf. (LOL) They treated me like I was so special and pretended not to notice all the shaking. And I didn't feel a thing. I am a customer for life now.

Dr. Ratcliff put in two permanent crowns on both sides of my front teeth today. When one of the the temporary crowns kept coming out, the assistants Diana and Gina were so nice about attaching them again - 4 times. The 4th time was today and since the permanent crowns had arrived (even though I didn't have an appointment for the work) Dr. Ratcliff kept the office open an extra hour so he and Gina, assisted by Diana, could bond them in. Dr. Ratcliff is a perfectionist about his work and Diana and Gina are, too. Dina also stayed late. I appreciate all of them and they deserve more than 5 stores for their review.

An AMAZING experience. This practice values hospitality, integrity and communication. After my teenager was misdiagnosed from a practice not looking out for her, I was stressed and gut told me to seek a second opinion. Thank goodness I found Dr. Ratcliff and his great team. They treated her and diagnosed her like she was their family. I can not wait for my exam now coming up and I have anxiety with dentists. Go see this dentistry!

My wife had been a patient there and I thought I would try it and they informed me of concerns with my teeth that my previous dentist never mentioned. It was not an up sale for them because it was concerns for other fields of the medical field. I liked them being informative and caring. I would recommend them to others.
