He won't return phone calls. Won't talk to you at court. He won't give me a copy of the indictment against me. He read it to me over the phone and said I don't need a copy. The indictment is no good he won't get a hearing to get it dismissed. His secatary hung up on me when I said my name. They wasn't answering so I figured they where screening. I had a friend call they answered but when she found out it was for me just put her on hold and didn't come back.

They NEVER answer the phone and when they do, they act like they're too busy to help you. I've been trying to get a matter with my fiance's case resolved for weeks because Brad Stephens messed up and entered in the wrong arresting date, giving my fiance MORE time than what he should have. Find another attorney, trust me!

Worst decision I’ve ever made. The only time you can get ahold of Brad Stephens is when he takes your upfront payment of $3,000. The one court date he did somehow manage to get arranged for me, he failed to notify me until an hour before hand. He has done next to nothing since then. I hired his office in July of 2018 to enforce visitation rights and adjust child support and the only thing the could accomplish was setting up a mediation for around $1,500 in December of 2019. Do your research before you decide to go with this “firm”. The court and opposing attorney filled me in on how big of a mistake I had made by choosing him and I wish I would’ve listened. Good luck if this is your last resort.
