Stepstone Credit, San Antonio TX

Crazy ethics here. They take out payments from previously used cards with no authorization at all. Account has never been set on auto pay and they say it’s cause the system does it automatically. What kind of answer is this? There is no contract stating payments can be withdrawn without consent.

This place is a joke, they take money from your account without letting you know.my payment wasn't due yet and still took it upon themselves to take my payment early without informing you. BAD BUISNESS.

Had a little problem with the check I was issued but Im thinking it was more my bank's mistake. Regardless, Venessa and Pete handled the issue with the utmost professionalism and resolved the problem post haste. I wish my bank was as professional (i wont say the name.just say it's a BANK in AMERICA). THANK YOU STEPSTONE CREDIT!
