Warning! Check your prices The owner is nice, but he's slick and has been in business for a very long time. I'm sure he's getting over on a lot of people that don't price-check what they are buying. Everything he sells is $100-$300 more than the actual price you would pay online or anywhere else. I used to live in the Grove so I know there are a lot of hood cats going to this place. He tried to overcharge me but I told him that I'm not paying that price and showed him the price it should be. He was trying to charge me double. Brothers & Sisters, please start price-checking items before you buy from here. He's screwing over people and making a lot of money off of people's ignorance. He's aware of his customer base and knows that people from the hood won't check prices. He's taxing big time, double and triple the price. I would strongly advise that you price check and call him out on it if you plan to buy anything here.

Got my window tinted and the service and price was great, stop by they have systems and alarms at a great price!

Got a 4 channel amp installed and they used good 100% copper wires and I will recommend this shop to anyone because of the great service

My recent experience with Stereo Express was not as fulfilling as I hoped. My intention was to get a quote on an amp only. Once I told the salesman what I was looking for, he quoted me a very reasonable price and to sweeten the deal the installation cost was not bad at all.

So, let's do this. I immediately shared that I have a current amp and it is in alignment with a secondary amp. I need both amp still functional after running the new wires for the new amp.

The installation was quoted at an hour, but the installation was only like 25 minutes. Nice, I'm in and out without any issues. I pay and drove off with an awesome sounding bass in the background.

Later that evening I decided to clean my Jeep, knowing there would be installation material all over my Jeep like every other radio installation. I then noticed they did not install new wiring, they reused my current wries, yet they charged me a complete new installation cost.

I returned the following day to voice my disappointment with their bait and switch practice. I was offered a half-hearted apology, new installation wiring, or store credit. I was busy and unsure how they would rewire my Jeep at this point, so I took the store on a pair of tweeters and left.

I learned a lot that day, things are not as good as they may be quoted as. Stay safe and a smart customer.

Let me start by saying the customer service was awesome. Mike had some excellent prices. Jose was very professional and detail throughout the entire installation. I would definitely recommend Stereo Express to anyone who wants a great vehicle Stereo system. Thanks to Mike, José and the rest of the crew.

Came here a few months ago to get my windshield tint installed and they cracked my windshield. I mean at least they payed for the new windshield. The owner is very greedy he was trying to make the worker pay for the windshield. Didn’t like his vibe don’t even step foot here if you dont want to waste your money on a trashy job.

I’m from pleasant grove so I’m very familiar with this place, I try to go to local areas here to help support businesses but this place is no good prices are too high on their electronics and everything they sell. And also service, installation is very expensive now I know you have to pay to play but their service really sucks and is not professional at all. I had a alarm installed and the wiring was very terrible it looked like they did it in the dark I did not notice till I was vacuuming my carpet the module fell down. On top of that you will be there the next day because they can’t “finish “ the job or they need to “update “ their computer. It’s better to go else where this place is sloppy when it comes to service and installation is also sloppy and not up to par with their prices.

Worst speaker company in Dallas, horrible customer service and if they mess your stuff up they expect you to buy new equipment. 0/10 worst I’m the city save your money and time!

I went to this place to get a alarm installwd they broke the bottom part of my dashboard and I called back up there to tell them that they broke my dashboard in the guy that installed my alarm told me it was already broken which it was not. I am a mechanic and I know my car and I've been doing this a very long time and so which means I know what was broken on my car wouldn't it was not broken on my car in the bottom part of my past was not broken and I do not appreciate them lines and they never broke it that it was already broken what you was never it wasn't already broken. This place is bad business

I’ve been doing business with this place for a month spent over 2000 dollars. They made a mistake installing the speaker wires incorrectly which blew out one of my amps. They tried to charge me for the mistake they made and wouldn’t own up to it, when there own employee was telling them it was the installers mistake. The owner continues to scream and pretty much said he don’t want my businesses any more I calmly left and I would not recommend this place at all.
