We had a great experience with getting our fence approved with Sterling. There was a few minor issues uploading the documents so Caitlyn had me email everything directly to her and she sent them over the the correct place. We had a response within 24 hrs!

Does an excellent job in forwarding homeowner applications to the Architectural Control Committee.

They are the worst I've ever seen. Don't ask for a return call and on top of it they are all pathetic liars and very unprofessional. Sorry they don't have a rating below ZERO that would been by selection.

My experience with Sterling Asi has been fine until recently. (Although I don't see their purpose, besides us paying them to tell us what we can or can not do with OUR homes.) I had the opportunity to speak with Teresa who was very helpful! Thank you Teresa! I also spoke with a girl named Serena who apparently is over my account, and she was very disrespectful! She needs to take a customer service course. She blatantly disrespected me by addressing me and saying "Whatever your name is! " How rude! Do better, that is just unacceptable!

Five stars to Serena. She is quick to respond to emails and made my process of renting out the clubhouse easy.

Good customer service every time I called and when I went into the office to pick up pool tags. Had a formal complaint been submitted and Arielle was nice enough to take charge of my issue and confirmed it had been taken care of. Very welcoming to my new community.

The truth is that I was very happy with the help offered in this office with the help of Miss Arielle and Alejandra. Thank you for such a good service and nice attention.

Joi'Nesheia Jones with Sterling ASI was a blessing to work with. Being a first-time user of Sterling's services, I had no idea of the process to follow. Joi answered my many questions. She was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Two days after our conversation, I sent an email requesting further assistance and immediately she responded, further relieving any concerns I had. 60 days later and I have yet to be reimbursed for a double annual fee payment. No response in 2 weeks
