I am not a current resident, but I wanted to give praise to the front office staff. Especially who I believe is the assistant manager, Maria. I have been on an apartment hunt for the past few weeks and this has been the best experience so far. She was very informative, not pushy, and so patient with all my questions! Very rare now a days. Great customer service.

I have lived here for 3 years and while the mgmt has changed, it is for the better. The staff is prompt and responsive to personal requests and are continually striving for the best community possible by maintaining the property and upgrading the individual apts. I feel all changes made create a safer and more peaceful place to call home.

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now. My initial experience until now have been nothing but superior. Jennifer and Maria work hard to take care of my requests, they are always friendly when I walk into the office and they respond quickly to requests. Maintenance is very respectful when entering my apartment.

I’ve lived in a lot of places but Sterling Crest is the best by far! So much peace and convenience here. Jennifer’s service is unmatched. She was so supportive and helpful and did not hesitate to answer questions. She solidified my decision to make Sterling Crest my home. Definitely a 20 out of 5 stars!

I have been staying here a few months now and I am very happy that I decided to move here. The property is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very professional and courteous. Especially the property manager, Jennifer, she’s the sweetest and always helps me with any issue I may encounter. Highly recommend!

I moved in July 1st and I will say it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The service is spot on. The units are fare price and they are very cozy. The management of the place is the best I have ever worked with, Jennifer being the one who helped me find my unit has gone above and beyond with helping me with anything that I need. Cannot recommend Sterling Crest Apartments enough.

Great location, in the middle of everything or a short drive to it. Complex is clean and quiet most of the time. I’ve lived here for 2 years but don’t know any neighbors, have some we say hi to in passing. No real complaints… quiet, I feel safe, clean and love love love the court yard outside my front door. Perfect for pictures or birthday.parties and such.

Jennifer was a real nice person. She did a very good job and she made sure I got moved in on time.

I have lived at this property for over 4 1/2 years and I love it. They are time conscious about repairs and maintenance requests. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Jennifer and Maria are very pleasant to speak to and they actually listens and try to assist in any way they can. Raul is awesome and always a great help. The grounds staff are real kind and respectful young men. Keep up the good work team Sterling Crest!

I’ve lived here since 2008 the new manager Jennifer is just great she is always very helpful and on top of any residents needs. The property is calm and peaceful and the new upgraded units are very nice and affordable.

I went in today to view an apartment and was assisted by a wonderful young lady named Maria. She answered all my questions and left me feeling glad I stopped in!
