Terrible communication. I constantly leave voice messages asking for a basic things like an ETA on the repair process and no one gets back to me for many days or even a week at a time. Sometimes multiple calls in one day with no response back. The receptionist is nice but the overall communication structure of the organization is very poor.

Sterling McCall did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. The reps and other staff were attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

The employees were pretty nice, I just disliked the fact that I was initially told that my car would be ready in 2 weeks but the pick up date got delayed twice so they ended up having my car for about a month. Please learn how to estimate better when a car will be done to help your customers have a more positive experience.

Not the experience I was quite looking for but the job somewhat got done. Definitely not going back to this body shop. Adjuster name Susan is terrible the way she communicated with me. Hope other ppl have a better feed back.

I had a rear-end MVA in my BMW and took it to Sterling McCall Collision Center of Clear Lakes and originally had issues with the receptionist communication skills but that was immediately corrected. After a few minutes I was introduced to Suzanne my project Manager / estimator / expeditor, who did a fantastic job by following the work and communicating status with not only me but also GEICO’s Insurance adjuster who I charged with the task of only using OEM parts to insure the repair was to factory-new condition. Suzanne and her boss Ray were not only very polite, professional, and courteous throughout the process, but they even went the extra mile in touching a scratch not associated with the MVA. Not to forget Suzanne made Shure they washed and cleaned the interior of my vehicle as well like my BMW dealer does! I can't say enough nice things about. Sterling McCall Collision Center of Clear Lake, and their staff are truly body shop experts. I give them KUDOS and highly recommend them.

Used this facility to repair my vehicle the last two times it was involved in a collision. The repairs seemed to be done correctly and to my satisfaction. The down size is both times my vehicle was there, I had to wait up to 45 minutes to be helped.

They made my vehicle purchase experience so awesome! My salesman was very helpful with anything and made sure I purchased a safe and great maintenance vehicle that I wanted.

I had a very minor accident where a neighbor backed into my car. At first glance there appeared to be nothing wrong, but I told my neighbor I would like to take it over to Sterling McCall to have it checked out. After I called, I was told to bring my car over for them to look at, a consultant looked at my car and immediately saw damage and explained to me what I needed to do. Being a widow and not ever having to take care of these matters, this was very helpful to me. It also just made sense to take it where I had bought it.
After being given a claim number by my neighbors insurance, I took my car over to Sterling McCall to be repaired. John Lopez was so very help and immediately had me in a car similar to mine. I met with Cord and he looked at my car and explained what all they would be doing and sent me on my way. Very painless. Cord kept me informed of the car’s progress and when it was ready all I had to do was turn in my rental, got the keys to my car and was on my way. The car was clean inside and out and looked brand new. I do not have one complaint, EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS AT STERLING MCCALL! I don’t know why anyone who drives a Lexus would go anywhere else️️️️

And thanks for putting up with me:) The only reason it’s only 4 stars is I was 2 days after my car was supposed to be done, i was told multiple times by the ladies who answer the phone that someone would call me back with the status but no one ever did.

Car damage is never fun but Donnie and the A team of collision experts at Sterling Mc Call Collision Service made the journey very pleasant- Donnie coordinated with insurance appraiser and continually updated me with real telephone call human to human communications that I really appreciated - the car turned out beautiful and was delivered as promised! If I need collision service again be assured I will choose Sterling Mc Call-

Very professional, friendly service. Only negative is one fender was missed and still had glass in it when I picked my car up. They did say we could bring it back and they would fix it but haven’t had the chance to leave it again.
