We didn’t have to waitron long to get the car checked in. We were helped by Jeffry a friendly and pleasant man. As we were waiting in a nice room they had a coffee machine and I made myself a Late, it was delicious. Everything looks nice and clean. After about 1 hour the car was ready to go, washed and vacuumed on top of the oil change and tire rotation for $20 discount because of a mailer from the company. Jeffry explained what had been done to the car and gave us a paper with different services. If we decided to take advantage of it. He was even pleasantly joking around. Paying the bill was also a good experience. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I had my battery replaced and tires rotated today and this was a very easy and pleasant experience. The gentleman who helped me was thorough in explaining everything to me and I was very thankful for that. The prices were also very reasonable.

Alan, our sales person, had enormous amount of patience responding to every question my wife and I had. He did not rush to make a sale. Explained basic features and pricing of each model for us to make a decision. Had vehicle prepped and ready for us to take it home the same night. I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my friends.

Matt took care of me. I had a lot of required maintenance work done on my truck, including the timing belt and water pump. Because it was a lot of things needed to be done, I was given a rental car with no charge. I am also an Army veteran and they gave me a military discount. The work was done, as expected and I got a free car wash and vacuum. I would recommend them to others.

Don't EVER come here for service if you have warranty. They originally told me they would honor my warranty then after I filed my claim it was a different story. Joshua directly lied to my face at the dealership. These people are not trustworthy.

Darryl in service was professional from the time I called to make an appointment. He was courteous and friendly when I arrived at the dealership and super efficient. He called me before doing the repairs to discuss what was needed and made me feel confident that my sons car would be in great condition when we picked it up. It was! All in all my experience was Amazing and I will definitely ask for him when I return for my next scheduled maintenance! Thanks Darryl and Sterling McCall Honda!
