This has been by far my worst customer experience at a service center, ever. I was a first time customer and instead of getting my business they were condescending. To makes matters worse, they left 5 of my rear lug nuts loose and that could have resulted in serious harm to me and my family, fortunately I was able to spot the issue quickly. They also offered services that the car didn't need according to the manual, their excuse was having " No history". I would not recommend this place. Stay away.
The service dept was available when I arrived for my appointment and they were very professional. Really pleased with the service.

Just purchased a 2018 Tuscon Limited Ultimate Package, while the salesman Sherman Chenier was great. The dealership's Customer Service Representative Dillion Wesley acts as if he doesn't want to be bothered and the Parts Department Manager definitely let it be known he wasn't there to help or assist in resolving an issue. I'd rather drive out of my way to another Hyundai dealership for service than be treated as is my concerns or issues are a nuisance to staff.
Love the employees they takes care of their customers. The guys whom work in the service department always very freindly, polite. They make sure that they take care of their customers needs. Love going there excellent services. Keep up the good work.

Great service! They offered me a ride with Lyft to and from the appointment which makes it very convenient. Additionally, communication was very effective in letting me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Highly recommend!
Mark was helpful and professional. Service was completed pretty quickly. They also provide Lyft at no charge which is really great. Communication was efficient.

Besides receiving excellent service, on my Genesis. I was so impressed when my service advisor, Mr. Craig Murrell informed me that I had a complementary synthetic oil change that I had not used. This was a complete and pleasant surprise to me, had completely forgotten about it.
In my mind, this shows the integrity of Mr. Murrell, and what I suspect is the philosophy at this dealership. Mr. Murrell obviously takes care of "his customers", and this is demonstrated not only by his recommendation on what services are needed, but by the fact that he reviews the customer file.

The service department is not customer friendly I had a difficult time getting my rental. They were trying to get me to trade my vehicle in. My salesperson lied to me on several occasions. That is the last time I will ever take my car to that dealership for service I'm done with him I've been dealing with them for for 4 years I will never ever buy another Hyundai again
They lied to me and took a lot of money from me and gave me non-original car flooring at a higher price than the real price. I will never buy anything from Hyundai again
Mark Alas was my service advisor. He is very professional and he took care of me right away and I did not have to wait for very long either. He explained everything on what needs to be done from beginning to end. I will definitely be coming back for my next service.:)
I came in for an alignment on my 2015 Genesis and my car was taken for a joyride. Very unprofessional service techs.
I went to the dealership on the 28th of February and I was displeased. My car sat out in front for over an hour, service completed and no one notified me. I saw the car sitting there when I came from lunch, but was not sure it was mine
After sitting there too long I decided to enquire and yep it was mine. No one texted me and the person who helped me found the paperwork on the side of the cash register. Tha person who helped me initially was at lunch. I surmise. I was told, to appease me that I was given a coupon for 25.00. That did not satisfy me because I had an online coupon for tire rotation and oil change for 29.00. First time not too happy with the service.
I made and appointment on line for service. I had questions and concerns before the scheduled appointment. My Service Advisor Mark took the time to answer and research my questions. Mark kept me informed of the status of my repair and my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Great job. Thank you.
The salesman that helped me was SAM ZEITOUNEH who was very attentive and able to get me a deal I couldn’t resist. I am now an owner of a 6speed-manual 2021 Hyundai Elantra N-Line!
