Check in was super easy, since I had completed all documents on line I was simply directed to sit in the common area. Meet and greet of the hygienist was pleasant and the cleaning process was good. A pleasant greeting from the Dr.and explanation of the exam and documented information that was taken. Upon completion I could by pass the desk and exit the building. Was a positive experience and I am booked for my 6 month follow-up. Very pleased I got this recommendation from a friend.

Came to get a tooth extraction and was pressured to get different procedure by atleast 4 employees, obviously more money for them. After the eventual agreement to do the extraction they took 3 different shots to numb the affected area. The eventual procedure was hindered by the ineffectiveness of the shot. The lady from the front desk came back to complain that I was “cutting Into other customers time” of course after shelling out $500. Do not go to this “modern take” on a dentist office!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! From the first phone contact, to the appointment I was extremely pleased. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant. I appreciate that they contacted my insurance before my appointment to verify coverage & asked me to request documents from my prior dentist to prevent additional charges.

Ms. Lora the hygienist, is phenomenal! She is very personable and sweet. All my nerves escaped me once I sat in her chair. She took her time and gave me a THOROUGH cleaning. Dr. Costello also had good bedside manner. Overall, I am extremely pleased they found a spot to fit me in! Ooh & cake batter fluoride. Happy to have found a great dental practice!

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and taken back on time. Had a speedy and painless cleaning. Staff was very pleasant.

Always timely and fast. The staff is wonderful to work with always keeping you informed on what they are doing when treating you. Dr Cope and his staff are also very personable. Today Lona did my cleaning and she was awesome!

My smile is very important both for my work and for my own soul and for more than a decade Dr. Cope has been in charge of making it look beautiful, thank you very much Dr. Cope and his entire team of professionals, God bless you

Friendly, efficient local dentist office that sees my whole family. They are always up front if anything is not covered by insurance (which is rare).

Best dentist I’ve ever had. On time, following all protocols, thorough and convenient.

Wouldn’t change unless the closed the office.

Very disheartening that this practice still requires you to wear a mask when our governor mandated no business could require this. Additionally, I witnessed quite a few employees walking around with their down.

Friendly, professional, caring. I have found my dentist. Thanks to Teresa at front desk, Dr. Costello and her assistant.

I am always greeted promptly and feel welcome when I visit. The staff is friendly and they do well on my teeth cleanings. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and plan on staying as long as I can.:)

Somehow appt.times/personnel were crossed up. What I thought would be a simple appt.was much too long. Won't make afternoon appts.again.

Great focus from Bettina the dental assistant and the Doctor during the procedure. Also, front desk was easy and speedy.

Dr. Cope and team are the best in the business. Professional in every way. They are super friendly, courteous, and client oriented. The team is super talented and Dr. Cope is a real PRO. No second thoughts when you need someone to look after your teeth and mouth care.

Really, really good doc. Spent three years trying to deal with dental problems other places. Dr. Scott identified the problem areas and put in place a reasonable treatment plan to resolve them. I very much appreciated his identifying those issues which had to be addressed immediately and those which could be monitored for another time.

Great people and great service. My wife and I have been going to them for over 5 yrs. Dr. Cope and staff are top notch.

Suffered through the weekend with a painful dental problem. Called their office first thing Monday morning and they were extremely accommodating and clearly cared about getting me in ASAP. Once in the chair, they were wonderful and set me up to get this all taken care very efficiently and quickly. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great dentist with terrific resources to identify my problem. In minutes they had the results. It was obvious to see exactly what the problem was. We got it taken careof right away. Dr Cope’s ability to get to the core issue was resolved right away. I think it is a spectacular dentist office.

Dr Cope and staff are awesome! I’ve lived in many places and been to quite a few dental practices throughout the years and Sterling Ridge is fantastic
