Steve-O's Pizza and Pub reviews
16 I ordered a pizza that i was to pick up on a saturday night around 9 p.m. And hung up. As i was leaving my gate to go pick up the same girl whom took my ordered called me and said " we ran out of cheese will it be ok if your pizza has no cheese " i what? And she repeated her ran outta cheese and i still thought i wasmisunderstanding her. I ordered cheeae pizza with jalapenos on half
. Any way a pizza place that ran out of cheese isnt a pizza place until someone goes to brooksh ires and buys some cheese, well at least b4 calling your customer asking if it would be ok to have my cheese pizza with no cheese? I deleted there # from my phone. The dad to the guy whom owns steve- o owns a pizza restraunt in jefferson would have never called customers telling them this. Totally night and day between the two restraunts.
Love the fettuccini alfredo! It is so good and decently priced too! Love the atmosphere and their full bar! Would recommend to friends!
Stacey was an awesome server! And Samantha the owner was very nice! Food was so good. My favorite was the quesadilla pizza!
Stacy was our waitress and she was great. The salad and sandwich were fantastic. Thanks so much! Bryan Cole
Drive 40 min round trip only to discover the meat lovers pizza I ordered turn into a supreme with toppings Im allergic to. Their solution was make another 40 min round trip drive. Should have offered to reimburse my card for the pizza I had to throw out. Second time they have messed up my order. Service has really dropped
Great food and atmosphere. We went on a Saturday, late afternoon, we were the only guests in the restaurant when we got there. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly, but it took much longer to get our food than it should have considering we were the only guests. Our appetizers came in a timely fashion but our pizzas took well over 40 minutes to be served to us. Large parties started filling the establishment not long after we were served our appetizers and we wondered if that wasn't the hold up on our food. Overall, good experience and great food, the long serving time could have been blamed on a large influx of customers in a short period of time.
My wife and I visited on a Friday night. The restaurant was busy, but the service was quick and efficient. I had a thin crust meat lover's pizza and my wife had the manicotti. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The bar was well stocked and had a good beer selection. My only complaint (and this will sound crazy) was that there were too many toppings on my thin crust pizza. It tasted delicious, but the cheese and meat overwhelmed the thin crust (I told you it would sound crazy). My wife loved her manicotti. The food was good, the service was prompt and friendly, so we'll be back. I'll just try a different item from their extensive menu and I'm sure I'll be happy.
Cool spot. Great location, nice decoration, friendly staff. Food was great. Fried ravioli is excellent. Pizza is great. Toppings tasted fresh. Ice cold beer. I walked in the door and within a few minutes I felt like a local. The place was packed, and for good reason. Will certainly come back.
This was a fun quaint experience. We walked in and barely anyone was there. 15 minutes later there were 2 parties of 20 in a VERY cramped space. I am a bigger guy, and they sat us at one of those tall rickety bar tables and chairs, needless to say i barely moved. Our waitress, who did not disclose her name, was very very busy so our service was slow. We got their before the parties but the parties definitely got first priority on food. We started off with the cheesy bread and marinara appetizer, fresh and delicious! My wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries, I had a hankering for a lamb GYRO, and was excited to see if it was any good. I also got fries. Food was hot and delicious it just took us 30 minutes to get it. We also got a small pizza, since it was a pizza place, and it was underwelming. A very solid bar and very clean!
An amazing place to stop and grab a bite. The food is always fresh, hot, and amazing. This is always my pick of places when we stop in Mt. Vernon. We also had a margarita and Steve O's Mule, can't go wrong with their alcohol selection.
This business not only has low quality food, but also low quality service. When asked to buy a pizza for the pizza challenge they yelled at their customers. Not impressed.
I was in Mount Vernon for work and decided to give this place a try. The service was great and the calzone tasty. The crust was crispy and light. They have gluten free - which I didn't try - but good to know if I am back that way with my family that needs it.
Amazing service and great pizza! Very worth the drive from the freeway! If you are traveling on I-30 and going by Mt. Vernon, stop and eat there!
Server was a little distracted but the food was good and we got drinks on time. Owner came to check on us so that was nice. Will def be back.
Delish, food was hot! My waiter was kind and courteous! Will be back for more next time I'm there! I had their Philly cheese steak!
They were very busy but the service was great nevertheless. Food delicious as well. We had vegetarian pizza and shrimp pizza. Fresh ingredients and a light but yummy sauce made for a great meal. Lots of beer choices on tap. Many food selections that we didn't try will ensure we will definitely visit again.
