4I have been with Allstate all my adult life! The wonderful employees at Steven Toman office are the best. They have helped me all they can over the years and that keeps me with this great company! I value relationships and care and here I have both of those.
After 16 years with Allstate, three homes, car, Life Insurance policy, flood Insurance policies, i made claims for windstorm and hail damage starting with 2017. The claim was denied because the roof “was still new and looking good”. The roof was 17 years old. After three more years and many other hail and windstorms that damaged the exterior wall because of water infiltration, I was completely denied to renew the insurance policy for the house with damages and advised to fix the roof myself because the roof is old! What a joke!
BE AWARE! You might think this agency is great, I did the same mistake but wait until you make a claim and then you’ll see the real value of this agency!
I will fix the roof, of course but I will tell everybody my experience with this agency and for sure, I will leave it! Another agency might like to receive from me 10 k every year!
The staff is helpful and nice but the agency management and Allstate policy in general, are a disaster and a scam!
Everyone I've dealt with in the office is very nice. Jeri has been there as long as I can remember and is always very helpful. She's informative and extremely knowledgeable about their offerings, coverage limits, etc.

They have the most informed, friendly, hardworking staff I have ever came across in any business. Everyone treats you as if you are the best customer. Someone will pickup the phone every single time you call. Now coming to my representative Yolanda Sanchez, she goes above and beyond to work to give you the best insurance price and advices you the best options for you. She picks up the phone every time I call or will call back as soon as possible if she is busy with another customer. She worked on endless options for me to provide me the best price as I have two teenage drivers and insuring them with the best price is a challenge. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for insurance quotes. I am extremely happy that I am insured through them for both home and auto.
