Giving Steven a 5 star rating, had a leak coming from my sprinkler system located underground pouring out water into the street. I left a voicemail and an email to see when they could come out. Steven came out same day and repaired the leak for a reasonable price.

Highly recommended! Steven did a fantastic job on our yard. We had a lot of repairs that were needed and his communication on each step were informative and thorough. Prices were very competitive with A+ service!

Just had a great experience with Steven's Irrigation and Repair. I noticed a sprinkler leak when checking my water meter but there we no obvious signs that I could fix myself. I called Steven and he was able to fit me in same day. He did a bunch of troubleshooting and discovered a broken valve and repaired it. No more leak. Did a lot to explain how my sprinkler system worked while he was working as well which was helpful for a newer homeowner like myself. Very fair price for the work as well. Will definitely be giving Steven a call again to help with some additional repairs and sprinkler upgrades down the road.

First of all, they don’t answer the call. After several calls, someone showed up and we agreed on the quote. He put me down on the schedule and then right before the scheduled time, he said there is another emergency so won’t show up. I said next day would be ok with me and after that completely disappeared. Never called, never showed up. I called several times but no response. If you don’t want the business all you have to say is No and if you commit then take care of your business by showing the professionalism and courtesy.

Called and left a message for this company as well as several others. A competitor of his told me they couldn't get out for a month, well, Steven called me back almost immediately and thankfully was able to fit me right in. Since I had a few heads that were geysers, I was beyond thankful. No one wants a high water bill. He came on time, fixed the geysers and many other broken heads that I had, and changed the type of heads I had in one area of my lawn that weren't extending enough. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and service and then when I got the estimate, I was even more elated. They were the best quality service - but - for the least expensive price. I could not recommend this company highly enough. Def will be my go to sprinkler team from now on.

I placed a call to inquiry about the possibility of obtaining Steven's Irrigation company for a leaking valve in my system. No answer but a answering service stated they were unavailable and would get back to me. I left a message and waited until the next day to hear back and decided to place one more call to see if they might be able to take care of my leak. Still haven't heard anything. I am not sure what their turn around time is for getting back to people is, but I could not wait to get this leak fixed. I was hoping for a return call or a text message after two days. I assume they are busy but it is frustrating not hear back either yes or no. I was able to contact two other companies, both contacted me the same day I called and set an appointment and will be able to get the leak fixed.

The short feedback: Steven is DA MAN! He arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and did an AWESOME job servicing my entire sprinkler system. I would give him 10 stars, if I could - for the service, value and more so, the great attitude. Highly recommend him for irrigation repair work!

The long feedback: I realized I had a couple of sprinkler heads malfunctioining in my yard. I called several sprinkler repair shops in the morning (including Steven's) and left SOS voicemails). I received calls back from a couple of them and they gave me dates out further in the month and quoted me unreasonable cost estimates. Then Steven called. He said he had availability right at the moment and quoted me a reasonable price. He was at my place within a few minutes and while fixing the two broken sprinkler heads, we realized that 7 other ones in the yard were also malfunctioning. Steven got to work immediately and spent the next two hours fixing and fine tuning the whole sprinkler system. I rarely write reviews, but this one I sat down at my computer as soon as he left after the job. I'm a super happy customer. Wouldn't even blink to recommend Steven to anyone in my social circle!

Amazing experience today! My sprinkler control box wasn’t working and a few stations were not turning on. I called Steven, he picked up right away, came by 15 minutes later, assessed the situation and was upfront with costs… worked for 2-3 hours to change out the control box and reset it, test all the stations, replace sprinkler heads and it all came out to a VERY reasonable total! Someone else told me it would cost 8x what he charged so I’m super thankful! Highly recommend.

Steven went out of his way to find a very hard and difficult leak that was near my fence line. The leak was buried near my wooden retaining wall and fence posts. He was determined, careful and precise in his repairs.

I called during the late evening because of a zone of sprinklers that wouldn't stop spraying. Steven called me back right away, and he guided me on how to shut off the water going to the sprinklers at no charge. Who does that? He was very professional, and he was a down-to-earth and genuine guy. I would have incurred a large water bill had I let it run all night. I'm hiring Steven to come and fix the underlying issue, and I highly recommend his services for sprinkler and irrigation repair!

Got after it and worked really hard for 7 hours. Fixed the job and talked me through it all. Probably cheaper options out there- but if you want it done, and done well- this is your place.

Steven does really good work, and he responds in a timely manner. He's honest and won't try to take advantage. I've had him do my house and recommended him to a friend also. I'm having him up the sprinkler system at my parents as well.

Very fortunate to have found this company on a weekend. They came on an emergent basis to fix my issue. To make a long story short, I did a large scale landscaping project and after a week, many of my plants and flowers began wilting because of the heat. I tested the sprinkler system and noticed some of the sprinklers were not working. I really needed this fixed right away so all of the new plants and flowers would not die. Steven and Ray responded immediately an came to my home in one hour. They figured out what was wrong with the sprinkler system and made some adjustments to make sure all of the plants and flowers would be watered appropriately. They went above and beyond after hour to fix this problem and help protect our investment. I highly recommend them!

Called Steven to see if he could help fix a sprinkler head that had been broken off. Thought it might be a few days before he could get over here, but he literally showed up an hour later and did a perfect job. He was friendly, courteous and quick and charged a reasonable price for the work. It's not often you come across people like this, if you need someone to fix your sprinkler system, this is the dude to call.

Before my wife and I contacted Steven, we had called a different company that ended up just flooding the front yard and wanted to charge an outrageous amount for something they could not even explain properly.
