Had an 8: 00 a.m. Appointment mechanic did not show up till 9: 30 big fancy shop with big fancy prices most expensive place I've ever had work done

Absolute great customer service from Michele! Along with good communication and quality work. I highly suggest using this shop for any of your mechanic needs. She were able to get me in last minute and the mechanic saved me some money for repairs not needed, along with letting me know of a few small items like bulbs that I was not aware were out but needed to be fixed.

This place is amazing. I have a Maserati and I am very funny about who works on it. Customer service was the best I have had ever! Honest prices and very fair. They will be doing my service on my cars and trucks

I was even able to meet the mechanic that did the work, Fabricio, he walked me through each step of what was wrong, why it was wrong and how it needed to be fixed, he also informed me of which repairs where most needed and which ones could wait awhile, which was a huge relief. I won’t be taking my cars or truck to anywhere else from now on

Great services and staff. Best of all is they do an overall scan of your vehicle to insure you are road certified before you leave.

I had an intercooler hose blow on my way to work and knew this shop had taken over the building for what used to be a repair shop I had used before. I stopped in and they told me they could take a look at it and provide me with an Uber to work (which really surprised me!). They stayed in constant contact with me during the repair process, which took approximately 4 hours and with the amount they charged me, I feel like I cheated them! I highly recommend this shop and will visit it exclusively in the future!

Been using Steve's certified Auto repair for about 8 years. They are good people with great mechanics. Always straight forward with findings and required repairs and their costs. I highly recommend them they keep you running at a fair market price.don't let uncharged maintenance events deter your trying them out.it happens frequently.

I was very pleased with the quality of engagement and multiple updates from them regarding my vehicle. They reviewed the recommendations that the dealership wrote up and provided me with what really needed to be fixed. Their price was reasonable and I was very happy it only took a day for the repairs. I will continue to use their services in the future.

This auto repair shop seems to be honest and both girls up front are friendly and stay up to date on my repair. They gave me two estimates new parts or remanufactured. They offer rides home and pickup. I will update after I receive the car. GMC van running good and they picked me up. I'm going back before Christmas with my Volkswagen.
1/12/21 I came back to Steve's since my first visit was so wonderful. I had them replace a headlight in a tight place I couldn't reach. GREAT JOB

My wife's SUV was overheating and we left it at the shop Sunday night. It was diagnosed and repaired the next day and ready for pickup. Even though there was no advance notice that I was dropping the car off and they were busy, they squeezed it in and got it repaired for us in one day. Great job, great service.

This shop displayed a level of customer service rarely seen these days. They were professional and courteous with all communications and they displayed a true desire to diagnose tricky issues with my vehicle.

Was my first time going to them, and was very pleased with the customer service. It’s the honesty and punctuation on getting the job done in a timely manner thats got me coming back.

On our trip from California to Tennessee, our sprinter airstream van kept going into limp mode, eventually needing a tow in Weatherford, Texas. We called several places that told us they could not help us. However when we called Michelle at Steve's, she assured us that they could help us! We took it in late afternoon on Thursday, then enjoyed a visit and dinner at the Fort Worth Stock Yard. By the next morning we got a call from Shannon that our van was ready. We came in and our mechanic Pabrisio, showed us that the problem was a bad fuel filter and a broken diesel filler pipe The whole process was easy, quick, professional and best of all we were treated line friends. We highly recommend these wonderful people. We were quickly and confidently back on the road, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg!

Will use Steve’s in the future. They were very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us. When I dropped the car off, they gave me a ride home. Excellent service.

I interacted with both Michelle and Shannon. Both ladies were polite, professional and accommodating. I received quotes for repair based on onboard computer. I was quoted $600, $720 and $750. Michelle had me drop off my truck and within 30 minutes she updated me on progress. The first time she said it may cost up to $600, but they wanted to check something else first. Less than an hour later, Michelle said that my truck could be repaired for just over $300. I authorized the repair and I had my truck back within 3 hours. A grabbed several business cards to give to family members and friends. It is not often you find a repair facility that doesn’t gouge customers. I will recommend to anybody looking for good quality work done at a fair price with professional people.
