Horrible Customer service Elizabeth is sneaky when it comes to the prices a little bait and switch I would never use her to braid my hair.

This is the second time getting my hair styled here. They do good work! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair both times! I will be scheduling with them again!

I had them do me a Dutch braiding. It was supposed to last 7 days. Only lasted one day and few hours.

This was my first time here and I would definitely go back, my hair came out great and the braided was very professional

Second time I’ve been to this salon and left disappointed. I communicated the style I wanted and that my hair is colored. I was told they could do it but I would have to provide hair and was sent links of the hair to buy. I told her they didn’t have the color and was told to “look for it”. I am not a hairstylist otherwise I would do my hair myself…I had no Idea what to purchase and if the color was right so I ended up purchasing hair that came in a week later just for it to be the wrong color. The locs were also too small. I had to run to the beauty supply store with my hair looking crazy not once but twice due to the miscommunication! Extremely unprofessional and when I confronted the stylist who I texted about the issue she told me she didn’t know what color I needed and it’s on me to provide it. Again, I gave a reference picture and how my hair was colored at the moment. Gaslighting and miscommunication at its finest! Disappointed with how my hair turned out and how much I paid to not get what I asked for. They had the nerve to only give me $20 back for the whole mess. Never coming to this salon again and plan to make a formal complaint to the owner.

I always have a beautiful style when I leave here. I always have a good experience. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone!

Stevi and her team are awesome, and they always do a beautiful job with my knotless box braids each time I’ve visited the salon. They last long, the hair they use is good quality, and they ask questions along the way so you get your desired look.

The service and quality is top notch… and I love that they speak multiple languages.and make me feel good.and the owner is allegedly from the Virgin Islands.

Got a traditional saw in you could see all the work it.it wasn’t until i got home when i was able to see all the tracks.

Clean salon and the staff is very friendly and kind. They were really helpful with any questions my mom had. They are also very knowledgeable about the services they offer highly recommended them I will definitely be back.

Stevi & Ameyo both worked on my very short short. I have an inch of 4C hair in the back and 2 inches in the front. Every other hairstylist I reached out to me said my hair was too short. Ameyo’s expertise is with short hair so she worked on the back and Stevi the shop owner, worked on the front. They did my hair in a timely manner and had excellent conversation & energy. I’m a first time customer who will be back again!
