As a first-time home buyer, Stewart Title was excellent and could not have made the experience run any more smoothly. Tricia was our closing officer and such a pleaser to work with. She was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and so friendly to converse with during our signing. Their location in the Waterway was super convenient and made the post-signing celebration lunch much easier since they are located near many delicious restaurants. Overall, it was such a great experience.

I have used them with the purchase of 2 houses. They are both professional and respectful of our time.

Closing for a property scheduled for 12/14/2020. Unfortunately closing did not occur as scheduled due to title concerns which is okay, but Stewart Title company will not provide a resolution date. Numerous other properties have closed in the same neighborhood that would have had the same issue. The response given by assistant, "This will take months! " When I asked who has to clear up the concerns the assistant said she does! I left a message for the actual closer over a week ago without a return call. Hope others have had a better experience than me!

They got the job done, but they made a mistake that really shouldn’t of been made.
