Stiles Switch BBQ reviews
15I’ve heard great things about the food here so I had to check it out. The MacNCz is surprisingly good no salt or pepper needed and the texture noodles were an added benefit. The smothered potatoes had amazing flavor and paired with the red chili sauce was perfection on a fork. I ordered the dirty birdie pulled chicken beans red onions Avacado + I put the chili sauce on everything. I was pleasantly surprised at the sight and taste of the fries which no surprise well seasoned. This will be one of my regular spots in cedar park.
The food and service are always consitent! I hope, Stiles adds a fried fish sandwich to the menu.
Now this is BBQ! Incredible taste and doesn’t need any sauce at all. It’s a must you go here and try the brisket.
BBQ sauce tastes like marinara sauce, which was really weird. Over priced for cafeteria style restaurant.
2nd time here this time the fries and beans where on the salty side.
And my brisket tasted a little dry.
Solid BBQ! Plan to spend a decent amount of money if you want to get the beef ribs.
The pork ribs were nothing special, but the beef ribs drive it home! Brisket was savory and melt-in-your-mouth good.
The wings were solid and had great flavor but definitely overpriced compared to local competition.
All in all it was a great experience and will definitely return
I wanted 2 meats but was told I couldn't double up on 1 meat which makes no sense because if I'm paying for 2 meats it's the same thing. So I dropped my plate down to a 1 meat and the brisket was DRY. By the time I got the 3rd piece I chewed on it so long because it was so dry. We aren't from Texas so when we visit family here we always go out to get good brisket. This place was not a good place for brisket. Priced entirely too high for the low quality of brisket that was served.
Great BBQ! Stiles has some of the best brisket and pulled pork around, not to mention their sides are delicious as well. Their Brussels are some of our favorite. A bit on the pricey side, but I'd gladly pay it for some Texas-true BBQ. The atmosphere is relaxed as well, and I enjoy hanging out with a beer afterward. Recommend!
Came by for an early lunch and they promptly opened at 11. The restaurant was very clean and featured some very cool wall art and nostalgic pics. We were quickly greeted by very friendly meal preparers that offered a great variety of options and suggestions. We were finally greeted by two very pleasant cashiers who were very nice and courteous. We were really impressed with the incredible food (the Diablo sandwich was amazing!), the quickness and efficiency of being served and the overall friendliness of all the workers we encountered. The manager, Ian, was nice enough and took the time to give us a list of the great staff which included Emma and Reaghan (cashiers) and a host of preparers and cooks including Eric, Micah, Angel, Jacob and Adrian (both guys were really kind and funny) and Jason. The place is great to have a delicious meal with huge portions, have an adult beverage or two and catch some sports (several large screens were showing football). The atmosphere is cool and we were really impressed by the vibe and overall experience. Will definitely return and would highly recommend to family and friends.
Absolutely fantastic! I had the Smokehouse Club and beans. Shared the corn casserole and brussel sprouts with some friends, everything was SO good. Whatever you order you won't regret it, will definitely be back!
Went here for lunch today and ordered moist brisket and was told their brisket cuts are moist and lean. Not sure what changed throughout the years but I've always gotten moist only. The meat I got looked to be a lil on the dry side. Ate the tender portions and threw away the remaining hard side which was more than half of what I ordered. Disappointed. I'll give this place another chance, but quality seems to have gone down.
I put this in my Top 3 for brisket. Sausage is above average. Beef ribs are #1. Sides are tops.
Authentic Texas barbecue. You get your food almost right away and the portions are generous. There are even rolls of paper towels at the tables to help with those messy ribs.
This is dare I say it. My favorite BBQ! It is always on point and I love the folks that work there. Price is a little high, but I don't mind cause it is supporting local business.
The food was great, including the people. This 1 story place is in a great location and has tvs to watch sports. But the experience the last time, and my first time, was not the best. I ordered wings, and it took a while to get. People who ordered after us got wings and got wings before us
