Worst customer service. They Do not reply to emails. They do not update you about your order.

I spent almost $200 for what I thought was a simple maintenance procedure of my sewing machine at Stitchhouse. Got it home and started having all kinds of issues. Today I had to spend $250 to get my machine fixed. I would definitely NOT recommend their service/repair options.

I have always been so impressed with this shop. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Their classes are fantastic! I had a class with Julie the longarm teacher on Saturday 7/15/23. She is great. I learned more in 3 hours than I have ever learned in any longarm class before. She is putting together future classes now. If you have an idea for a class let her know, she wants to meet the needs and wants if our community! As always, the staff is great. I always feel at home in this store.

I was so excited to take a class here and ended up falling in love with 2 machines they had.we ordered the 10 needle and they were going to service the long arm.they said the 10 needle and long arm would be delivered and set up in 3 weeks.took way over a month and a half.everytime you call no one knows anything.or they say "we will call you back" I NEVER get a call back.finally my boyfriend picked up the long arm and WE set it up.and called him to say WE would have to set up the 10 needle and have to have a place to put it.bc they stand wasn't with the machine and either were the durkee frames. No, we paid EXTRA for it to be delivered and set up.by then they already took the first payment for these machines amd we hadn't received them yet.it finally gets here they delivered it and set it up.and one guy had no clue what he was going for sure the other was so so.fast forward to a bit the long arm keeps doing weird stuff I call twice a day trying to get someone to answer my questions nothing no one will call me back.then finally the motor sensor error goes off
they say they will come out but will call me "tomorrow" well a little over a week goes by.no one AGAIN never calls.the boyfriend picks up the long arm takes it to them.bc they are too busy to puck it up.so, this week I call again to ask questions about Might Hoops.surprise surprise no one can answer my questions and says they will have Mercedes call me back.never happened!
so I called my Blue Sky rep she answered the phone. I have NEVER had to sit a wait on a call back from them. I asked my questions and then promptly order what I needed from her for my Blue Sky and this Brither 10 needle.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM STITCHHOUSE AGAIN AND TELL ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A SEWING MACHINE TO NOT GO THERE.

Took my wife’s machine for service. Only time inside but very impressed with entire process. Genise (spelling) was fantastic at drop off and answered all my questions. Janet and Halie were such a pleasure to talk to and explained everything to me at pick up. Service was fast. Highly recommended!

Stitchhouse customer service is by far the best. They do listen, understand my needs, and always provide professional help. I enjoyed their friendliness and the fact that I always feel welcome.

Great job to all the staff at Stitchhouse especially Jacque!

Jessica, Maddie, and all of the other wonderful staff are just such wonderful people. You can see their passion for people and the art! I was recommended to visit them from a friend, and now I do the same!

The best fabric in town but that is a minor part of what Stitchhouse has to offer. The people that work there have a passion for creating and teaching. I can not recommend the Stitchhouse highly enough! You are missing out if you don't go visit with them!

Thank you Jessica for such a turn around of my grievance, really appreciate your positive approach, empathy and setting a great example, appreciate it

I had given my Janome S9 for repair of error message and service on 2/11/23 work order number 3544, which is a new machine but machine did not stitch as desired. Today when I went to collect the machine the crew there lost my machine extension table and the accessory box which is attached inside of the extension table and has misplaced it at Stitch-house during the delivery of serviced machine. And nobody there had a clue where it was and they were trying to convince me that I brought it without it and left me speechless for a first time experience and trusting them on it.
I am sure when your new machine comes back part missing will make you very upset and that is my situation currently.
Was really hoping for a solution and please put yourself in my place and that too it was a expensive machine for me but I bought it with loads of hope, first the error message and now a missing part has really got me so depressed and sad about the whole experience

Over 2 yrs they charged 25,000 for a 18,000 dollar machine. The also charged me 950,00 dollars tax on a 4,999 machine didn’t find until I had an audit done on my receipts.

Promised to fix under warranty
Waited months and months. I finally had to call the district manager was told /lied to that the stellaire was no longer being made
Was told to upgrade to a XP 3
They ordered the XP 2 with upgrade without my consent.
I ended up ordering the XP3 more money took
6 weeks to come in.
Worst experience of my life.
NEVER Shophere
Lied to/Cheat/Steal.
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
Now they won’t give me my bundle of free items that comes with the XP3……
Very poor customer service.

Love love this place. They remember you and always ask what projects you are working on. They always have advice and will sit down with you to work through any problem. I love attending classes. There is always so much to learn and everyone shares their favorite notions and shortcuts. They have an endless supply of notions and machines. I also know that they are only a phone call away.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful supportive staff. Events always have speakers that really provide knowledgeable information that you can use to make your projects outstanding.
Classes are available to take with fun projects so you can learn your machine and new techniques, teachers are great and fun too. If you have not visited Stitchhouse, I recommend you go check it out. Great shop

Friendly and knowledgeable help and assistance with embroidery and quilting and sewing has been my experience at the Stitchhouse Plano Texas. I have enjoyed the special events and speakers. Learning is fun here.

I go to Stitch House very often. They have the Floriano Thread that I use. They are very nice and go out of their way to serve. I haven’t taken any clases there yet. But I’m looking forward to doing so soon. Excellent service!
