This location has a wide selection of merchandise available for my landscaping needs! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of landscaping items!

Went to get some prep supplies for a project. Simple to get in, supplies are laid out well. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Alex made finding the right stone easy. He assisted with finding different sizes same stone for application in same yard. Made partial pallets for my exact needs. Tagged them.

Lauren explained the process to me. Saved me Money from a competitor.

This is a great material yard. Friendly staff and lot of inventory to choose from. It can be extremely busy at times which might be a little intimidating if it's your first visit. Just find a spot to park, go inside and the will take care of you.

Garden soil had broken glass in it and staff had no idea what the percentage of compost to dirt and sand was. Really miss Fertile Garden, this place is trash.

They have great choices for landscaping but in todays world customer service needs to be great in order to get a return customer. The cashier did not seem very happy to be there and was actually pretty cold. The loader definitely was not friendly. He seemed annoyed that I had folded the receipt and did not communicate verbally. To say I was wowed by the poor customer service would be an understatement. Ill look elsewhere for my landscaping needs on my next project.

My company had an issue with a load of topsoil here but found out it was due to the loader giving us the wrong product. Chelsea-the Manager-handled the error quickly and replaced the product for us at no additional charge. She was very professional as were the ladies handling the order desks inside. They not only kept my business but I will now refer additional business to them. Excellent Customer service!

Called and asked about what we would need to fill some garden beds we wanted to move some plants in to. They suggested the garden soil would be a good fit and ready to use asap so we ordered 2 yards of it. They dropped it off and we filled a few beds with it but in a day or 2 everything we placed in to it died. Digging down in to the soil we discovered it was burning hot to the touch. We had the garden soil mix inspected and was told the mix was still composting and too hot to use. Everything we planted, lots of $ and time and effort, died. We were told to try mixing other items in to it and give it a few more weeks or months before trying again. This place has been ok as we have order gravel base and rock from them but if grabbing anything composted plz try and get a guarantee from them on paper on what they offer as in items that are composted. What they had on display was different from what was delivered. We didn’t and we lost weeks of time and $ in to the fall season Plz plz plz don’t fall in to what we fell in to.

Our experience with the Stone and Soil Depot's N. 1604 experience was in a word: OUTSTANDING! Stone and Soil's representative, Lauren, provided us with fantastic customer service and walked us through every step of the process without regard to our numerous questions pertaining to our project. We could not be happier with our choice of going through Stone and Soil's N. 1604 location for our backyard project and highly recommend that you do the same.

Very safe they made the process so easy. Going through all this it is a bit scary but they have there stuff together.

I have visited this business numerous times over the past few weeks for projects at home and I have to say they have been great in helping me recommending materials to use for my projects. From the operators to the people inside, my experience has been nothing short of great.

Usually come in on weekends for soil-great prices.however be warned: talk to anyone else besides Lauren, unfriendly most of times when asking too many questions, but everyone else is very helpful in future projects!
Forget to mention, talk to nick for rock projects!

You better know what your talking about here if not your treated like a idiot. Service is don't right terrible they expect you to know everything. Another customer actually helped me to make thing easier. Poor service. Poor communication. I hope the products are good.

Over priced and they dont care about home owner projects at all. Woman inside has No knowledge of the products they sell. Never shopping here again total waste of time.

Just bought half a yard of sand for 19 bucks.friendly staff and prompt service.i was in and out in 10 minutes.i will definitely come back for my soil, compost and mulch!
