I would HIGHLY recommend living here, it’s in a great, quiet area. The staff is amazing, you can always call with any issues or questions and they are handled in a timely matter. Special shout out to Marcie she is amazing always very welcoming & informative, she definitely goes above & beyond for the residents.

Marcie and Allie are the most amazing apartment managers I have ever met. They made our process very comfortable and they represented Stone Canyon apartments very well. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded generously for their outstanding efforts.

I love this complex. It’s kid friendly, quiet, and always clean. Plus the ladies in management are the Absolute best.

This apartment has a debt with a agency under my name I have trying for years to get them to investigate this debt. No answer the ledger that has been sent to be has inaccurate dates. And Stone Cayon has reported this debt as a loss to the IRS but yet trying to collect from me. Double jeopardy. The lease documents has a signature that does not match mines & the dates of apparent notice is 12/2018 and the dates I’m being charged is before 12/18 how do you charge $1236 for dates apparently already paid because the lease supposedly was due to end 06/2019 this makes no sense and the agency their using is no use. This is wrong on so many levels Please be careful, check your documents and keep record of everything. I will not stop until someone looks into my concern

My partner and I were calling different apartments complexes to see if they had any availability. We called the Stone Canyon and the lady who answered the phone was very RUDE! She was not professional or helpful. She answered the phone by saying " Hello" and when I asked if this was Stone Canyon, she sounded annoyed as she said yes. She did not want to help us or answer any questions we had. We asked her if she had any availability on a certain floor and she said to go look on the website. We were looking at the website but the website did not say what floor were the apartments on. After we informed her, that the website did not say what floor, she rudely answered our questions. Her behavior discouraged us from booking a tour.

Under Great management. Maintenance responds quickly to request. Quiet. Close to everything. 20 mins from downtown.

I went on a tour of the property today and the leasing agent was VERY informative about the property and explained my options perfectly; I'll definitely be looking into these when my lease is up

Everything has been wonderful since I moved in. I don’t have to worry about any pest issues here!

My tenure living here has been pretty good. Marcy & Allie really work hard to keep the residents happy. The maintenance guys are very quick and efficient and any other concerns are handled very accurately and in a timely manner by the managers. The team in place listens to you! I appreciate the staff.

Just made a yr and our experience has been pretty good Ally and Marcy are extremely nice and super helpful.they are always on top of repairs.

Lived here 2 years and the staff is great. Lovely place to live, it’s safe, quiet, and no complaints yet. The staff definitely works with you with all issues. Definitely feel home here.
