4This place is quiet. Well cared for. Manager & assistant with associates are very nice. Pets are allowed. It’s a great community to be in.
I stayed here for a year until my lease was up, I'm trying to move and they are telling my new apartment complex that I owe them money when they kept my deposit! They also stated that I was smoking pot and had the police called to my apartment and I had someone staying with me that was not on my lease which is a lie i was never informed that I owed anything! Now I'm denied for my new apartment complex because of this lie not to mention my air wasn't working for months and the place is infested with roaches!
Slumlords that cannot be trusted to manage a property, or create anything remotely resembling a safe living environment.
Spend more time maintaining properties and less time threatening tenants. Maybe you'll hit 2 stars one of these days
