The interior is a bit outdated but still clean and cozy lookin property… Lady that toured Rey was very sweet & informative. The assistant manager too

The young lady in the office her name was Rey was a solidified professional. She was EXTREMELY helpful & helped me find my dream apartment! She clearly outlined ALL amenities, and even gave me a tour of the property which I was astonished there was a small lake connected behind the property. Her level of professionalism and care makes me feel as If I made the right decision moving here! The process was seamless and I feel very happy to know the office staff truly cares about its residents! Highly recommended Stone Lake residences!

Two leasing agents Ray and Diamond was laughing after I was denied. Forgot to mute phones. Also please drug test your employees because Ray smelled like weed on my apartment tour. Very unprofessional and apartments very out dated. And diamond stated she only live there because she work there other wise she wouldn’t be staying there.

Stone lake is such a great place to live! I’m posting this review because I truly love living here! The photo below is my fur baby enjoying her toy she got from the office. They not only had treats for the residents for Halloween but they even had some treats and toys for my furbabies! Not just Halloween but almost every holiday and special occasions will they have treats and goodies! Plus I love my spacious beautiful apartment and they truly are just great people running the office. Thanks for making my living experience here so awesome!

I loving my apartment community the leasing office staff is so nice and maintenance team is so prompt our community is very nice and well kept up I just love it! Every month we have small events that we celebrate in the leasing office for or community. I love my Community That it That All!

Apartment searching was very stressful until i came to stone creek. Diamond and Rae was phenomenal with helping us find the perfect unit.prices are good.floor place are spacious and functional.i l am so happy the were patient and assisting us with the paperwork and and questions throughout the entire process. Thank you beautiful ladies.and we received a house warming gift.

The work order was placed and completed on the same day. Thanks for fixing the outside lights.

I applied and sent over very check stubs and they wanted my bank statements and even asked court ordered documents that states I receive child support and the even asked for statements for child support on if I’m actually receiving it. I NEVER in my life applied to a apartment complex where they ask for that and if you don’t receive it they will not count it even though others do since it’s court ordered

It’s not worth it if it’s more than one car (2cars). Your car is going to get towed because they only allow ONE car to be registered.

They put all of the covered awning reserved parking spots that no body wants to pay for or are only designated for one owner. Due to this they have no parking for visitors and decided to crazy on towing people. Had my sister over and had her car there for less than 3 hours and they towed it. They could have left a warning or something like that first before towing it. The towing company is janky and hard to deal with as well.

The initial issues was resolved but they caused another issue that has not been addressed to date.

I have always been prompt in reporting maintenance concerns to office, and I have made repeated attempts to communicate about these unresolved repairs via email.

They were on top of completing the 30+ day old request after I submitted an email. However, I have not received any updates or acknowledgments from the office about resolving new issue.

DO NOT apply to these apartments! This whole entire place is a scam. They rejected my application twice are still trying to get the application fee from me either way. They also keep sending it to debt collection when I have already spoked to three staff members directly on what happened and are still trying twist things and make it seem like I never paid. I did pay for the application fee but they refunded my money and now want it back. THIS IS OUT RIDICULOUS! Never have I experienced apartments trying so hard to shake someone for an application fee THAT THEY REFUNDED! Highly do not recommend this place at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is loaded with lovely amenities. The living spaces are equipped with beautiful modern designs and appliances. I would highly recommend this complex as a safe place to reside!

Sometimes life hits you hard and it knocks the wind out of you. I’m so glad I stay at a complex that has amazing people that understand and will go the distance for you and your family. The whole team is amazing but Sham and Aundrea have a friend in me for life. Ray and T are my peeps too! I would recommend anyone to my Stonelake Neighborhood. Thank you for professionals and great people.

Please listen to the reviews, these people are very confused them selves! Ask for bank statements which i sent in they wanted the full pdf, but could not explain why. Second i did everything that was asked within 24 hrs and never heard anything back called Rey told me my application was being cancelled because i didnt send my bank statements (i did) and stubs (which i uploaded at the time of application and she acknowledged i did) so i told her i did send it she acted so surprised “oh what email” then i received an email saying i was approved. Next thing i know i received and email saying i was denied because i couldn’t provide document (which i did). Don’t get me wrong great scenery in the apartment but that leasing office need to do better

Very flexible and understanding. I forgot to ask the blonde lady's name but I had bank related payment issue. The lady was very understanding and thoughtful. Never in my experience with other apartments have I ever had such a wonderful experience with the management team. Thank you again:)

I enjoyed my stay at Stone Lake Apartments but when it’s time to move best believe you will NOT get your deposit back; they will make up a bunch of fees to charge you such as cleaning fees, carpet cleaning fees and late fees. Make sure you take pictures before you move out and keep a copy of all your rent receipts.
