This Surgery Center should have their license taken from them. Their Protocol does not require that they hold a patient after being under anesthesia any longer than they can get your eyes open and your clothes on, then you are GONE! There is no concern for the possible complications from being under anesthesia, just NOT their protocol. I called the anesthesiologist into my husbands room to make sure he understood that he had a patient who had been exposed to Agent Orange, has Parkinson’s and had lost part of a lung cancer due to that exposure. Do you think he was given any consideration because of these conditions, NO, not their protocol to care for the whole patient, just wake them up, toss them in the car and not their problem. We ended up in the Emergency Room at midnight with a problem they should have made sure would not be an issue for us. I cannot express how appalling it is that they are running a surgery center without regard to the patients full wellbeing. They investigated the situation and found NO wrong doing on their part but then they can’t admit they were wrong, can they. Many people Thank my husband for his service, I wish I was able to Thank them for their service but they turned our trip into the big city, into a nightmare! Take your surgery needs to a real hospital, let them care for all of you!

Back procedure done here and everyone was professional from the register desk to the recovery room nurse.

Signed a contractual agreement to have auto payments withdrawn. Evidently they just stopped and then suddenly I have no calls and they send $190 to collections evidently. Already paid the bill and still being harassed by credit collectors even though bill was paid 6 weeks ago. If they can’t handle the financial responsibility and honor their word to auto withdraw payments, the doctors that use this facility are only hurting themselves. Not to mention they wanted me to pay over $600 upfront and my copay was a little over $400. They need to get their act together. Be aware they don’t honor their own binding agreement with you. Will never use these facilities again. Poor customer service when all they care about is money and then they overbook and I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time. Feel sorry for the docs that use this place. They will be losing more patients with the poor financial dealings. This place obviously doesn’t have good management. Too many issues. Think twice before going.
